THE 49ERS OFFENSE DID MORE AGAINST THE KC DEFENSE THAN THE KC OFFENSE DID AGAIST THE 49ER DEFENSE. That's just a Fact 49ERS LOST BECAUSE OF 49er VERY POOR EXECUTION IN THE KICKING GAME. !!!! and aside from OT which should have never happened, that's the entire reason - end of discussion. Why can't people face up to the truth. ?? Talking about Mahomes and Purdy and various other offensive and defensive players IS ABSOLUTEly STUPiD, unless they were part of the kicking game and you want to talk specifically and exclusively about what they did on the disastrous kicking plays that was the sole cause of the 49er loss because the 49ers WON the other parts of the super bowl relating to all aspects of defense and offense. I'm not expressing an opinion here. It's a 100% extremely plain as daylight, completely undeniable fact. It's like I'm in the hospital because I got shot with a gun, and the doctor keeps talking about eating more vegetables and asking me about how much exercise I got during the year before I got shot. 49ers offense is WAY better than the chiefs offense, yet they were tied in regulation, that means chiefs defense played better.
Chiefs special teams also played WAY better. They were the real game changer.
At the end of the day it came down to one Purdy drive and one Mahomes drive.
Mahomes scored. Purdy didn’t.
