This video wasn't all that bad. I mean, if you couldn't figure out what he did to change the blade after watching this video and listening to his verbal instruction, just because dudes hand got in the way a few times, then you probably shouldn't be operating the thing. Thanks for posting this video. It was a big help for me on the job.

Best thing to do is get some spray lube into the jaws and it will.cut better
I bought one and the shaft, circlip and blade is missing, do you know the shaft diameter?, as I need to make one. Thanks.

I might of missed this but can you put any copper cutting blade in? Or do i have to get a milwaukee blade?
I used the rigid 151 cutter replacement blade here from memory mate

Even with new blades both of mine cut slowly. Must be a tension spring that needs replacement.
How can adjust tension spring? Same issue is with me.
I replaced 2 tension springs and blade on each unit. And still doesn’t cut like a new one. They cut but not fast. So I bought another one was like new on EBay $80 shipped. Works good. I guess that’s the long term fix for these. Milwaukee will want at Least $80 to repair one so. Just sell the old ones locally ?? They do work just not great. I like to have an extra in the van in case one gets too wet and goes to sleep for a couple days. Ps the newer versions have rubber baffles between the cutter and the electronic components so they don’t get wet internally anymore.
I love these things. I’m hoping to see a 1-1/4 to 2” version come out.
