- New incredible, revisited (audio & video) version of this fantastic concert! It happened 33 years ago. Thanks to JEMS!
Shivers down my spine and a tear on my cheek...Danny & Clarence... :( Goddamn, why I wasn't in NJ back in 1978??? - Hudba
Pure Energy. The BOSS. Great Wonderful. Love and Life and Peace🎉🎉🎉🎉
No other has this kind of passion ever
Amazing footage of a young band-wish I had a Time Machine!
I'm a 51 year old man and I find myself crying. Just seeing the footage of The Big Man in the prime of his life just brings a tear to my eye.
I'm a little bit older and I can perfectly undestand you...
Facts I’m 31 and crying rn
ima still cying...big man
Bruuuuuce.
so it begins
Clarence.....UnFriggin......Believable!
With the incredible sax solo and all, people seem to forget how awesome the rocking guitar solo is. One of the best.
Loved how Clarence Clemons played Jungleland 🙏❤
I was at this show and living in Asbury Park on Sewall Ave. A magic time to be alive.... So many gone and so much has changed.... 😢
Still the best live recording - not just boot - ever. Even better than Live At Leeds. That sax solo was always the ultimate showstopper in a show full of them. The first time I saw them(1975) Bruce was on top of the piano and Clarence on the speaker banks. The entire crowd was swaying back and forth as if one. Anyone that forgets just how strong The Professor is need only listen to this show(And the rest of the band for that matter).
This brought a tear to my eye then. I could just listening to it back then. These shows were the holy grail. And it brings a tear to my eye now. AMAZING JUST AMAZING!
Soo Jersey! Bruce was loose & having a ball - giving props to Clarence. tears on my face
Roy Bittan, perhaps the best pianist in a rock & roll band! He's called the Professor for a reason!!
Perhaps? Nope, definitely. I live on Long Island and surrounded by billy Joel fans. Can’t deny Billy is great but nothing he has EVER played comes close to the Professor, on this or 100s of other ESB clips
Best version ever, Big Man is the king
Totally amazing! I grew about 4 miles away from the Capital Theater and I was 13 when he made this magic.........fan dam tastic video!!
Passaic NJ. It is an interesting place these days, I work about 10 miles away, in Bergen Co.
You can't help but shed a tear.
wild!!!
Clarence sax literally shining 5:20-5:30
R.I.P BIG MAN!!!
Simply awesome.
So phantastic. About three or four years after that, I was just a kid, my brother let me listen some "new stuff". Thunderroad. Born to run. Jungleland. Nothing more to tell, eh?
🎉❤ One my favorite song !
It make you feel alive!
INCREDIBILE MAGIA!
OMG This is the Bruce that I never saw...thank you sooo much!!
This is magic ... thanks :)
I have been listening to this song for like 45 years and I still get the chills Everytime. The Solo by Clarence and Bruce screaming moaning at the end. Chill's
Clarence Clemons 😢🙏❤
We didn’t call him “The Boss” for nuthin.
20 minute break, lol! Clarence's solo is like being in church. Merry Christmas y'all!
Goosebumps or .....piel de gallina.
This actually gives me goosebumps! Thanks so much!!
To quote someone very wise: “Bob Dylan and James Brown had a child…that child was Bruce Springsteen.”
Quoting Jon Stewart if I am not mistaken.
Clarence was so on that night. Must have been the energy from the people there, because this is a better solo than he did on the album.
Cocaine.... Just sayin
Epic video of an epic song!
Thanks for posting!
I wish I could have experienced this part of the 1970s goddamn
Could really capture an auduance.
Still can….46 years later
Irresistibile .
Sax solo is magical.. Oh' and a second set ??? WHERE is that.. Not only do I need to see and hear it, I DEMAND it !!
This entire concert is on YT
Look up Piece de Resistance. Greatest rock show ever, end to end
This must be from the 9/20 show.
I wanna see the footage the guy at 2:30 took.
