I travel again to Lockhart, TX. The Barbecue Capitol of The world and eat delicious barbecue. Terry Black's Barbecue opened its newest location in Lockhart TX in 2023. They also have locations in Austin and Dallas TX. With a new location opening in 2024 in Waco, TX. I had a great experience. The staff are welcoming and make you feel special. They strike up a conversation with you, that you do not want to end. They are fantastic. As great as the food is, i will remember them. They have open pits right next to where you eat. Allowing you to view and communicate with the pit masters. The food is fantastic. So flavorful. The brisket and ribs were a hit! A great atmosphere! 1-19-23
