Cursed gear can be good, but you might want to consider using ancestral invocations still.
The gear is not gated by anything, you can get it from gambles, or any lego that drops in game will have chance to have it
You can not get invocations as well as cursed on same gear
Cursed gear is suppose to be the new end game gear, and replace invocations eventually.

It says here that equipping cursed items with the same positive property will decrease their cooldown so I want to ask you do we have a table for how many duplicates we need and what are the corresponding cooldown for each
Will the tableau go away as well? I've got a ton of combat rating tied up in that.

I'm new and got 5 curse pieces with all good effects upon reroll, but 2 of them have 3% CD increase on dashes. Sad thing is, my blood knight has 5 total dashes 💀
The problem is that invocation gear doesn't seem to drop at all outside of the castle now.
Just an update on this, the number of the same positive properties you does reduce the cooldown of the cursed gear positive property.
Just to share, 1 Purification shard is also given with the 2nd box level reward at the daily codex. Thanks and keep the vids and tips coming bro. Cheers

It will be tough to get upgrades with the correct cursed property. It will be fun when it works.
How beneficial is it to wear these if it's weaker or give less cr then the regular other gear I currently wear?

With those cursed gears, each class will have 3-4 possible 'best sets' to try for different things (bosses are not mobs, etc). But only a very limited number of reforge stones; impossible to switch easily the same cursed gear to another category , easily. There is a huge need to enlarge AGAIN the armory and inventory, with those new curses gears; multiple new mixes possible, to upgrade constantly, for different occasions, the current stash is way too small, the only 5 sets of the armory too limited already.. crazy with the current stash (even doubled) and inventory standard size.
Small note, we now get purification shard along with charm daily for codex reward :)
Cursed property "Tortured" doesn't seems like working with Demon Hunter's daring swing. Anybody experienced the same?

I actually just confirmed that it does reduce. I got 3 lashed geared and the cool reduced from 30 sec to 20 Sec!
Ever since new patch, I have never found any ancestral gear at all. And I've been farming overworld and getting this new cursed gears left and right. And I know blizz stated that a gear cant have both cursed+ancestral, but to have zero ancestral gear drop is insane. Is any1 else having this experience or is it just me?
I found a piece pretty quick but it's stats were trash lol the curses items should be tripple stats
Yup, blizzard is back at it again forcing us to only use the cursed gear. Got three upgrades, all cursed.
Honestly it's just going to be hard to choose a gear upgrade now and it will be based on whether you need cursed or invocation or CR. With 3 variables all vying to be most important this will be a pain. Honestly not a fan. Maybe i haven't tried enough cursed gear positive effects, they just seem meh so far
They are meh at best, I would rather have my invocation but the cr forces me
Any thoughts on the best curse? "Lashed" 6-piece gives the triple-whip degen and corpse explosions on a 9s cooldown, my current fave, but also looking at a "nettled" set for explosive shields... thing is, what negative? Maybe damage penalty to shielded enemies...

Dude from reddit says the cooldowns get reduced from 2->4->6 as well
trash major update tbh, if you decide to use cursed gear you cant use invocations so why do we even need cursed gear in the first place, for a demon hunter all of the things just suck

This is basically a nerf patch since you can’t get invocation gear basically anymore (only in cyrangar content)

This increased the rng grind factor exponentially
On the bottom curse gear is:
UPGRADES
+43 Fortitude
+43 Willpower
but when i equipe I do not get extra 86 combat rating Why?

I have the cursed property wired where after I kill an enemy it releases a surge of lightening that jumps around hitting enemies it does 60% of my damage. But I have 3 pieces it doesn't seem to work though. What could be wrong? Maybe it's doing it and I'm not noticing?
How do you unlock the curse properties at blacksmith I'm max lvl and on hell3 but not open at blacksmith yet

Greetings, do you guys experience the same gear bug? If u have an attack speed forged bonus it only shows you the symbol of the stone and the number e.g "1,5%" but the "attack speed" wording disappeared

Run challenge rifts solo whenever u can beat em and grind for better set items too. Do the demonic portal raids and get remains for heliquary

Good question! I was thinking being bigger might make you an easier target for ranged, would make sense to affect the dodge chance. If it doesn't, got no clue.
Is there a way to not get cursed gear? I like the invocations for pvp
the concept is cool but the fact that the parangon level is never ending and that the stats of gear scale on parangon level make it less appealing...

As Barbarian i am searching for summon damage reduction negative effects, because as a barbarian you should never want a summon build, it sucks! so it will be absolutely nuts if i find all summon damage reduction negative effect cursed legendaries!

The problem with these buffs is that they're ony accessible in the new towers event while the negative stats seem to apply to every game mode 😢 Please correct me if I'm wrong 😅

There isn’t one imo, invocations are superior. I tested out a few and wasn’t a fan. And it seems you’ll have a hard time searching for better non cursed gear.

This game is far from P2Win. If there was any game to be F2Play then this is it. There is not one piece of gear that requires a payment. Every item shown can be farmed from EVERYONE
I only pay $5 a month for the battle pass and find it quite enjoyable
have to agree with comments I have spent prolly 4000$+ on it but would if I could go back to paying battlepass and occasionally getting a cosmetic and still play this game its excellent
