Onset of dementia and alzheimer's disease can expose a person's inner thoughts and interests.

I think the erudite Professor Wole Soyinka should understand that he does not have monopoly on knowledge, while he is free to make free speech, he should be guided that the same literary knowledge and prowess that made him famous could make him infamous. We are not in the 60’s and 70’s when he was so recognized. More Nigerians are so educated and critical thinkers than of old. While, he still hold sway with certain generations of Nigerians, the current generation may fail to give him all the recognition accorded elders. I think opinions that help to move the country forward and bring unity to all Nigerians is most needed at this time and stay away from matters pending in the courts.
