I don’t care what people say about the Flash as a whole. Focusing on Michael Keaton, it was amazing. All references to the old films, plus to see him fully in action taking on multiple enemies at once and getting that “Arkham-style” scene we all seriously needed. He’s such a legend, a big part of my childhood and I’m very grateful he came back.
If it was just Batman it would've been a hit hands down.
You literally said what we were all thinking about that shit movie 😂
YES
...I actually enjoyed the whole movie. 😅
@@JustTooDamnHonestso much this! As it seems, it was a gigantic box office flop losing millions of dollars. God, they could have played is safe and make another Keaton Batman movie... but no!
Michael Keaton will always be my favorite Batman and I'm glad I saw him coming back as Batman in The Flash.
He is the most badass and the Best.
He was literally the Batman of my childhood plus with Kevin Conroy, but if have to choose one I pick Keaton for sure.
I really hope that we will see more of him in the future.
which is exactly why I,for one, dig The Flash movie big time n nobody will ever take dat away from yours truly
Same for me... The one and only Batman 🦇
Same
Keaton's Batman absolutely saved the Flash movie
The Flash should have just been a Keaton Batman movie with an aged dark knight story.
Like Batman Beyond
The Logan of Batman movies.
Fans have been asking for a Batman Beyond movie with Keaton for years. Hopefully seeing how well he did in the Flash despite the movie bombing we can get a Batman Beyond movie.
Or it should've used the Flashpoint storyline that would've been great if they did that but like BVS DCEU is just a failure given they took too many cuts and corners because they wanted to compete with MCU so bad they botched their own entertainment business.
@@sligen I think that will never happen, the flash was a total failure in the box office.
I am proud that my all-time favorite Batman went down fighting a Kryptonian (who went down first). You can't ask for a more Batman moment than that
Batman somehow got more agile at the age of 70
When he was first casted as Batman everyone laughed and sent a massive butt load of letters to Burton asking him to do a recast. Once the film hit theaters he shocked the world and became the greatest Batman of all time, and still is to this day. He’s literally the main reason why ppl went to see the Flash.
He's the only reason people wanted to see it.
And then this happened again with Pattinson
Tim Burton 1. Batman and then 2. Harry Potter 1 . Two masterpieces difficult to achieve.
He’s not the best..
Everyone seems to forget that what we had before the Keaton iteration of Batman was Adam West. Can you even imagine how intense and dark this take was in it’s time compared to its earlier predecessors?
people also forget that this batman inspired the animated series.
You guys have no idea. people back then actually got got mad Batman got grimdark because comic books were not supposed to be serious.
I saw this in theaters when I was 9, what a great movie.
before even adam west people rememmber batman using guns.
@@nanoviolence7681 Well, unless they paid attention to a few comics in the early 1940's, that is a nyet.
Michael Keaton is still the best live action Batman ever
After Ben Affleck.
Mad true man
@@RonsaRRRI am sorry but Ben affleck is underwhelming in front of the other iterations
Bad representation of the character
And I’m glad Michael Keaton will always be remembered as Batman and I know the flash wasn’t the best movie, but I’m glad a lot of people were happy for the return of Michael Keaton
He was excellent in the movie, despite the other hiccups that went down pre and post production.
They should've used the Flashpoint storyline instead it would've worked and plus they should've fired Barry Allen.
Michael Keaton ain't just the best Batman and Bruce Wayne. He IS Batman and Bruce Wayne, and always will be!
Michael Keaton is my Batman. Now we need a Batman Beyond movie with Michael Keaton.
I love how they put michael keaton in the flash, that movie was soo good
Michael Keaton still has it at 72 yrs old. Best Batman ever. He was Batman when I was a kid.
The true Batman🦇
Michael Keaton is a Legend
Despite the negative sides of the Flash film, I really love Michael Keaton's return as Batman. After Tom Holland mentioning him saying "I'm Batman" all the time during filming of Spiderman, I wanted to see him again donning the suit again. Also ngl, I'm really loving his Batman costume design, with the shiny leather material and all 😍
The Catwoman licking scene just unlocked a childhood memory that I thought was actually a dream I had all this time, goddamn
Freudian slip I suppose
He's very good with kicks!
Batman doesn't get older, he gets wiser.
Batman no se vuelve más viejo, se vuelve más sabio.
Man, Michael Keaton was the best part of The Flash. I really do want them to make a new batman movie with him. Perhaps like a prelude to Batman Beyond story line
In this age he is still a very good batman. The last scene against the Giant, I love it!!!
Who would've thought that after the events of Batman Returns, 21 years later Zod would destroy the world.
@@brianbabin6333 it is indeed the exact same universe, andy confirmed dat countless times g
@@adr5389no, it's not. Gotham City looks absolutely different in 1989 and «Flash». That's physically impossible to change all the city like that.
+ In the «Flash» Batman stops being bat after killing in front of child what not like what (1989) Batman can do cause he killing bandits all over the Gotham streets in front of everyone with smile.
@@WGOIé o mesmo universo sim e pronto, ninguém disse o contrário só teorias sem sentido de CZcamsrs
What a weird universe it’s only Flash, old Michael Keaton Batman and some of the MOS characters lol
@@adr5389Andy butchered Batman in the Flash, especially the fact that they killed him off and didn’t even get to kill the Kryptonian. It was a waste to bring him back after so long to just do him dirty. This isn’t the same universe, if Tim Burton made a sequel with Keaton in it? That’s your continuity for what happened after Batman Returns
Damn og keaton was peak
Fun Fact: Robin Williams, Willem Dafoe, John Lithgow And Brad Dourif Were All Considered For The Role Of Joker Before Jack Nicholson Was Cast
Watching this as a kid back in the day am glad Jack played him.
All of them could’ve been amazing Jokers, but Nicholson will always be king!
If I we're the director, I would pick Raul Julia as Joker because he is basically the next Cesar Romero.
Man Dafoe could've been amazing!
Dafoe would've been fantastic (Nicholson was great tho)
Who else wants to watch Micheal Keaton's solo batman movie?
I watched in on netflix before it was gone
Which one he's done 2 he needs a Batman Beyond movie that would fit right with him and the fans.
@@evanimmanuelcruz8003
When was it on Netflix?
@@Thespeedrap the first one
The great Michael Keaton… :’) THANK YOU !
Best Batman ever… from his suit to his batcave.
If WB made a solo Keaton Batman movie they would have had a blockbuster
The flash movie michael keaton fights like the Arkham batman.
Same for me to Keaton is my favorite batman and I was glad seeing him come back and a tad sad when he died in the flash towards the end of it
The BEST batman FOREVER!Keaton!!!!
Bruh he will always be my favorite Batman no matter what! But...the sad thing is, I'm sure this is the only time we would see him again after so long...
The editor that did Pfeiffer's moan when headbutted by batman is a man of culture
I saw BATMAN opening night in 1989 at age 16. The cultural phenomenon around it was comparable to AVENGERS or ENDGAME. Everyone from all walks of life loved this movie. The darkness of it was completely unique in the landscape of superhero culture outside of comic books themselves (where Frank Miller had given us The Dark Knight Returns earlier in the mid-80's, and the Denny O'Neil / Neil Adams era of the early 70's) and would go on to inspire every iteration of Batman onscreen since.
Michael keaton is the best batman ever!!!!!
Keaton is the best Batman forever
At 1:27 its 100% Beetlejuice, micheal keaton is by far the best batman of my lifetime. Hes been an icon of my childhood.
I think the reason why people don’t like the fact that Michael Keaton moved around so quick in the flash wasn’t just because of his old age but is that he was much slower in his original movies. But just remember those movies came out during the late 80s and early 90s and that the style of filmmaking during those times was different and simpler during those times, so if those films were made today then he definitely would’ve moved just as quick as he did in the flash. And even though he might’ve been retired in the flash he still never gave up his crime fighting skills and was still able to kick ass, which is just like what Batman would do.
Exactly he was so slow in the old movies but now he is agile.
of coz not simpler than the recent movies, tim burton handled the film making of batman movies far better than nolan and of coz his batman movie is better than the flash movie.
Still my personal favorite live action Batman since 2012 and I was a big Bale fan that mainly grew up with those films along with any toon (still am a big fan of his but he dropped down the list over the years) but there’s just something about Keaton that was and is so perfect about the character. Everyone always describes the movements, costumes, and whatnot but I always loved how he wasn’t afraid to put down those who needed to be put down!
Batman way back in the beginning wasn’t either and we don’t always need the same Batman over and over again with the no kill rule. Different iterations exist and it makes them unique.
Very glad people still love him and it was amazing to see him once more in the Flash film
Batman 1989 + Batman Returns + The Flash = Batman Trilogy
Yk when I saw Michael Keaton's Batman die in the flash I literally cried almost bc this was the only time to see Michael Keaton's Batman return I also had so much memories watching Batman (1989) movie and Batman Returns (1992) movie
Michael Keaton will remain a legend he was a tool in a wonderful flash movie he is the best
Two iconic character played by 2 iconic actor, joker and Batman, jack Nicholson and Micheal Keaton, who set the benchmark for 1 iconic Batman movie. Just can't be duplicated
BEST BATMAN EVER
Honestly, they could probably do a new Micheal Keaton Batman film today with an older Keaton and I think it'd still do great. He's like 70 and still carried The Flash film on his shoulders
I'm 12 years old it's hard to made me like old thing and this batman (Michael keaton) is so cool I watch a see movies
Keaton always rise his cape before fight
Best Batman/Bruce ever...
Cool 😎 . Best Batman ever
1:53 Lawrence: “DAMN DRY ROT!!!”
oh you mean the Keaton, the guy who inspired the batman animated series and Kevin Conroy? yea Keaton is the best batman hands down
Son las unicas peliculas que no me canso de ver.
🖤 you 🦇#BATMAN 1 Septillion times.
Michael Keaton nailed it.
❤🤍💙 you #MICHAEL KEATON 1 Septillion times.
Thank you 💓 for making this video
Happy birthday, Mike...🎉🥳🧁🎂 stay well always! #72
6:12 😂😂😂 you derservied it
Michael Keaton is the real Batman
Keatons old school Batman in the flash is suprisly brilliant 👍
amazing
I Stick To Michael Keaton's Batman.
I really wish we could get an adaptation of the Dark Knight Returns story line with Michael Keaton
I like how those thugs trying to shoot him at the chest and not in the chin which is the part where is opened 😅
They didn't know the suit is durable at the first place:/
When he tries to scare the old man always gets me 😂
Anyway I watched this movie ONLY for Batman, yes Michael Keaton’s Batman 👍 and I am proud of having seen his batman.
KIDS MUST KNOW WHO THE REAL BATMAN IS.
HERE IT IS MILLENNIALS.
CLASS DISMISSED.
How is no one talking about 5:05 lmao
Yh 😂😂
legend
The part when he meets Barry... To memorable
He took the role seriously even before the CBM trend started.
Great video.
It seems that this batman in terms of martial arts is based on punch and kick techniques, that is, a mix between kickboxing and maybe karate or taekwondo. He doesn't seem to have any knowledge of takedowns or joint locks.
Can't we just make Michael Keaton batman in the new dcu?
Keaton is the GOAT. Stole the whole show in the Flash.
The best batman movie ever
The best Batman ever!
Lol
Batman is my favorite 😻 of all DC Characters! 🫂🫡🇵🇭
Keaton was the best Batman i'll hear NO different.
1:51
“HAAA!!! - WAHHHHHHHHH!!!!” 😂😂😂
Bruce living that Howard Hughes life.
I love michael keaton I'm super bigfan my first batman
4:13😆 🤣 😂
Batman: "(Politely) Excuse me... "
Joker: "👊🏼💥🤡"
😆🤣😂 2:30
2:30 Awesome transition!
One and only! The Untouchable Keaton👍
dreams do come true and you really can go back. . . . .if only for a brief moment
Tim Burton clearly was much more interested in the villains than Bruce Wayne/Batman. All 3 major villains in "Batman Returns" even get more screentime than Keaton.
Cool👍👍👍
🔥
El mejor batman ❤🦇♥️
Dang, this olè gal sure fell "head-over-heels" for this "one" Batman. ❤😍
O Melhor de todos Michael Keaton
I always loved how the Joker never ever could fight Batman in a fist fight, he was brains and a pretty good gunman, but he was shit at fighting. That's why I read comics and actually see kicking Batman's ass I kinda get angry lol
I just hope one day we see Croc as a villain come up in a future Batman film
He was AMAZING in The Flash ❤❤❤❤❤❤
Michael Keaton was the bright spot in the Flash and he deserved more than to be a shield for Erza Miller's stupidity.
Ezra did a great job in the movie.
Not irl
@@ImmortanJoeOfficial No he didn't for he went back in time despite the warnings and he did it anyway. I was never a fan of the Flashpoint event for it just makes Barry Allen to be a moron considering that he lived a life without his mother and he turned out ok and then he went back in time and the end of the universe happened. Michael Keaton is the only reason why people even bothered going to see it and it is disrespectful that Keaton's Batman was used as a shield to protect EM's Flash. The film was a flop and rightfully so and Erza Miller deserves nothing more then a jail sentence for all of the BS he has done and WB bailed him out.
Michael Keaton deserved way better.
@@JustTooDamnHonest the movie had nothing to do on he's crime what's up with this........
@@ImmortanJoeOfficial Ok lets see then.
The budget was between 200 to 220 million and going by to 2.5 rule(what Hollywood follows) then the film had to make 500 to 550 million and the box office made 268.4 million right now and I didn't even add on the reshoots or delays or marketing to the equation either.
So in truth The Flash is a massive flop even without the rest of the problems and Miller's crimes damaged his rep going forward along with WB's image since they allow criminals like EM and AH to continue. If you do not like hearing the truth then TOUGH SH*T!!!!
@@JustTooDamnHonest first of all cgi and good graphics doesn't make the movies good.
It's about the story and character treatments what makes movies good
And sometimes even a good movies still is failled at the box office.
After seeing the Flash i kinda wish we got more Michael keaton batman after the flash with the batgirl movie and even a potential third keaton batman movie. He is my favorite batman.
I enjoyed this movie
if batman had kryptonite he would destroy all kryptonians 😅
It didnt need the unnecessary edits
You wanna get nuts come on let's get nuts!
Without any kryptonite he is best to beat a Kryptonion ❤
MICHAEL KEATON IS THE BEST BATMAN! I was LUCKY ENOUGH to do an interview with MICHAEL KEATON'S MOVEMENT DOUBLE CARL NEWMAN, over this past year whom actual wore the 1989 SUIT PERFORMING stunts and is also featured in some of the MOST ICONIC scenes/shots from the 1989 film. He worked closely with TIM BURTON as well as JACK NICHOLSON while on set, and speaks about his experience in GREAT DETAIL. Feel free to check it out! I'd GREATLY APPRECIATE IT 🦇🦇🦇🦇🦇🦇🦇
