This was/will be such a beautiful production. I'm still so happy that this was shared & shown by Glyndebourne during the pandemic. For most of the world that time was a very difficult and trying period...all I now look back on: were all the wonderful shows and productions that were shared on CZcams.
I have the DVD of the magnificent original Glyndebourne production and have watched it a no doubt unhealthy number of times. Danielle De Niese’s costumes are part of what made it unforgettable.
