Is the program for people who are bedridden and can barely speak? Because when Toby says in this interview that the hardest case was a boy who could barely come to the clinic and was gray in the face, I doubt it
The boy could still walk, many of us can't walk at all. I wish I was just Housebound like many of them. At least they still have a life. Everything is too exhausting for me, I couldn't even write and fill out daily schedules, let alone sit. How do you help these people? I haven't been able to see a doctor for a long time, it's just not possible.

I'm helping to care for my mom with Alzheimer's. We don't know how long she has left, could be 6 months or a year but I have to spend the time with her now. It's overwhelming but necessary.

I am relatively healthy and my baseline is working 28 hours a week averaging 7500 steps a day and doing household chores. My problem starts when I want to start with running/aerobics on top of daily life activities. Or strength training
Can you also help people like me?

Any tips for moving from fairly functional with everyday life to working again?

What are the small successes that work for you? To move from one level to the next is a contuation of the small victories. Push your boundaries ever so slightly, and evaluate. DON'T rush. Maintain a positive focus when possible. If you're somewhat functional now, 3-6 months to get back to work part-time is doable. Good luck!
