1. Nagash revives everybody that ever died fighting Chaos to rip and tear against Chaos.
2. Point Gotrek and Felix against Archaon
The resulting collateral damage actually destroys the world to prove how ultimately in warfare nobody really wins and reinforces the idea of grimdark.

If a person has this haki they have the potential to become a king, emperor, any successful high ranking leader in general.
