What a podcast ✨...great and a very just analysis of General sahb..may Allah see his good deeds and forgive his wrong doings. But no doubt he was always emotionally connected towards Pakistan. I remember even when he was in Dubai after his exile, even then he wanted to come back to Pakistan unlike the Nawaz Sharif who is living very peaceful life in London. History should remember him as a brave, competent officer but still a human. Pakistan Zindabad 💫

Story of Musharraf tells us that no matter how courageous, how mentally strong, and how patriotic a Muslim is, once he starts making decisions which go clearly against the Quran and Sunnah then such decisions only turn out to be failures both in this life and the hereafter. In the beginning Musharraf thought that once he would grant a few wishes of the kuffar by going against the orders of Allah, the storm will pass. But the kuffar kept asking him to "do more" and the storm kept getting stronger. All the money, all the security and all the medical treatments the kuffar had given him in return for this services to them failed to save him for much longer. The humiliation Pakistani nation suffered and continues to suffer is in addition to that. On the other hand we see Mullah Umar of Afghanistan. He followed the Quran and the Sunnah, suffered many hardships initially but his mission lived on and eventually succeeded in doing what many once thought was impossible. The kuffar respect Afghans far more today as well.

never forget his role in war on terror. Pakistan paid a very high price for his decision to surrender to demands of US. He handed over multiple Pakistani to US authority who spent several years in Guantanamo Bay detention camp. Afia Siddiqui is still under US custody. Finally his decision to attack Lal masjid in Islamabad. He played very dirty tricks and made the mockery of Pakistan during so called "war on terror" period. He did it just for the sake of power. He may be a good commando soldier but he was very bad politician. This was him who introduced the practice of NRO which later on ruined the economy of Pakistan.

But as a regular listener I would like to give a suggestion to the host that when you do ask questions and say names of people it would be great if you can say names with a bit of more respect no matter who that person would be. For example in this interview you keep saying Gen. Musharaf's name without saying Mr Musharaf or Musharaf Sahab which i felt is a bit unprofessional. Just a thought :)

Musharraf sold Pakistani and allow USA to tortur them Guantanamo Bay prison. Selling out one's country for personal gain often refers to acts of betrayal where individuals, including army generals, government officials or public servants, compromise national security or sovereignty for personal benefit. This can involve providing sensitive information to foreign entities, making decisions that harm the Pakistan's interests for personal gain, or engaging in other activities that undermine the well-being of the Pakistani nation.

he is an educated and experienced man but unfortunately knows nothing about kargil war and military coup. kargil was a blunder committed by four Generals and later they over throw the government because they feared that they will be held accountable for such miss adventure there is a book written by naseem zehra cover this whole issue from kargil to coup.
