Don’t know why people are questioning these workouts. The man is a pro athlete that has to take care of his body to make sure it’s durable. That’s why he’s explaining it. That’s why he does a lot of prehab. He’s not a bodybuilder, he’s an athlete. Also, everyone saying that Puig, Thames, etc. are bigger. But Michael has a better physique and is probably a better athlete.

Lorenzen is the type of guy who will let you go in front of him in line at the grocery store just to be nice.

I played against Michael in high school. Guy was super humble about his talent. Not flashy. Not showing anyone up. Very respectful towards the game and you could tell he was a hard worker. Super glad to see him thriving in the pros!

I assume Michael isn’t married and has no children. He won’t be able to spend as much time on himself if any of those things come about

I wish I had known the importance of being flexible, having full range of motion, and all that starting from high school. This dude is a freak in the gym. I wish I could've done some of these things back in the day

this is the kind of content the mlb needs more of. Invest in their players and building their individual brands to build the MLB brand

I just love his approach to training, his mindset and even the training itself. This is how you avoid chronic fatigue, burnouts and injuries. Pre-hab, stretching and mobility seem to be neglected these days, and that's how you keep your body young!
