Because, of all the Ridley Themes, this one hits so hard i ok the warning of loud music on my headset. Plus...gonna sound weird but...reminds me of my fear...Meteoid Fusion getting scar3d cause i hadnt learned of who Ridley was yet. Then i knew...

These are legitimately just some of the coolest most gnarly noises my ears have ever heard this is so sick
Imagine in a metroid game where you're exploding the core of a large station of some kind, and you as Samus are flying through a tunnel to escape the slowly building explosion rushing through after you. While at the same time, you have to fight off Ridley who is relentlessly chasing you through the tunnel as well, and this music kicks in. (Think of how Meta Ridley chased you in Smash Brawl, but a bit more intense of a situation than that)
Even better, imagine it being an IMPLOSION for a change, you both are outrunning a black hole that's slowly growing whilst fighting each other.
I would love to take him on with this soundtrack playing behind. A multi phase boss battle or a low% challenge would be served well with this song playing. Amazing work

First of all, I agree 100% about "Captures the essence of Fighting Ridley" and I also think that you could put this in the Doom Eternal soundtrack and no one would really notice but enough of me talking, @thrashmash you did an absolutely Outstanding job. Congrats!

What others have said is great. Also, I can absolutely see this as an actual in-game boss theme for Ridley. It would work well for just about any fight in the series with him. You've earned a subscriber.

This is really good man. It really does feel like it could be an actual boss fight song for one of the games. It’s unique in its own regard while still capturing that adrenaline pumped feeling and enhancing it in its own way. Good work!

This is so good! Kind of the same philosophy as Ridley's theme from Fusion: you make it slower, but to compensate, make every hit heavier.
I've only listened to this today. It's really good, i'm a new fan to the metroid franchise, i finished Metroid dread not to long ago haha... Kind of a newbie here, when it comes to metroid stuff, but i do like Ridley :)
It's an amazing series. Because you completed dread you should play fusion. It takes place before dread, and by playing it you will gain an appreciation and understanding to the events that lead to dread. Fusion was my first metroid game. It was the game that developed my love for metroid and the horror genre. I know to some people fusion isn't scary, but it was to an 8 year old me. Sorry for this super long comment. It just makes me excited to see new metroid fans. Anyway, I'm glad you liked my remix :)

It's pretty rare to get actual replies on this platform :) Also yeah i should get a gameboy advance and get the game you recommended! I could just get a ds and play the game on that, i've know about metroid prime for a long time, i always wanted it! I grew up with my gamecube, i got it when i was 4 years old with mario kart double dash. It was 2006 i believe ^^ Sadly my little brother broke my gamecube in someways, i lost interest and sold it for like 50$ I also didn't have any games left, i sold them a few years before my gamecube got messed up. I was a stupid 10 year old who just got a wii haha. Sorry for going off subject! As i was saying, i do know about metroid prime, it looked awesome! I hope the prime series comes to switch, but considering nintendo likes to rip people off with shitty emulations on their console, i'm unsure if it's gonna be ported over well! For example mario 3d allstars was so bad, yet i fell for it and millions of people did!

Just finished my fourth play through in metroid dread, i 100% 3 playthroughs, one normal playthrough, one hard mode, then the last and most infuriating dread mode! 100% all things in dread mode was brutal
the bass is so heavy, idek how you made such a dope sound lol but i'm loving it man!!! it sounds so good with headphones, something to be proud of for real man.
