How does she not face any legal repercussions? By the jury and court's own ruling, he's guilty of harassment, but she takes his phone, hits him and then chasing him for blocks. What's that behavior if not harassment and assault?
Because out of the DA own mouth he will always believe the woman meaning that regardless evidence he has a implicit bias to always see the man as guilty even if the evidence doesn't support it. That's the reason he dropped all the charges against her his mission was to make sure that Majors was found guilty regardless of what she did even if that meant ignoring that she was the actual aggressor.

But please explain to me how Jonathan Majors gets dropped so fast and Ezra Miller got brought back for another movie. Like Ezra had a boat load of reports and if I remember they even put a statement out hoping he gets the help he needs. I feel really bad for Majors this is only going to dampen the Mix race relationships and this woman has acted so unorthodox and she just gets off Scott free. I feel like Marvel could have checked if Majors was okay mentally before they just sandbag his career.
Disney is Disney and Warner is Warner. I do not like Miller one bit myself but they were in too deep with the upcoming release of the production nightmare that was the Flash to drop him, even though everyone agrees they should have, same deal for Amber Heard. Bottom line is they are two different companies responding differently to similar situations, if anything Disney was probably holding out hope they could keep him had he gotten cleared for all 4 charges, but alas, even one charge was probably enough for them to end their partnership.

I am confused at to what was egregious that he was fired for. Reckless harm (not intentional) in trying to get away from someone who just stole his phone, then injured him as she physically assaulted him (which left scratches and marks) and it was witnessed by multiple people and cameras, followed by chasing him for blocks, falsified harming herself in HIS apartment and staged a scene, then harmed herself and accused him of it.

These are just two stupid people. Jonathan Majors would have gotten in the same mess regardless of a woman's ethnicity because fools attract fools.
