@@wilh3lmmusic Unless it's Uncharted 4 or Lost Legacy, they may still have some stormtrooper aim, but they're way more useful and can even double melee enemies with them

@@Gamechamp3000 there is a known skip where you can go from chapter 4 to chapter 12 in 5 minutes. Therefore it is possible to finish the game without ever using the gun while technically finishing all chapters on chrushing.

1. That uses a cheat, which is banned.
2. You have to beat the game to unlock that cheat in the first place.
I haven’t played this game but I’m convinced it’s about a gun that can faze you through walls.
A gun that can get you to places you're not supposed to be and sometimes don't even exist. Uncharted places, you might say.

I… kind of want to use these strats to see if I can beat brutal mode. The enemy skips seem really useful, especially that padlock one which was the encounter that stopped me from progressing in brutal mode.

I think the Wave Racer 64 segment doesn't count for shots because technically it wasn't Drake firing the bullets

This sounds cool, but I think the number would be so high and that the solution to saving dashes will just be "Don't do optional rooms", it'll probably be boring.

As someone who just recently finished the game on Crushing. I'd wished I'd known about these skips, because some moments were almost impossible to do! Leaving me stuck in those areas for an hour or more before finishing them.

As someone who was going to speedrun this game at one point I can confirm she actually used like 80% of the speedrunning tricks commonly used when,, well when speedrunning. Even used some less common sequence breaks used for completing all chapters/used if you want to get the achievements quickly. Mostly actually the game plays eerily similar when speedrunning vs. trying to play without shooting with the key difference that coincidentally the fastest way to get through the game is just by hipfiring all the time. Gives a boost in speed when going up stairs.

I JUST Figured out why the speeder section doesn't up the shots! Because it's not Drake doing the actual shooting, he's just politely giving mental instructions to his gunner where to point and shoot.
