Chicken escallope with roasted garlic, white wine & rosemary cooked on the Weber Spirit II E 31

  • This video featuring popular BBQ chef Richard Holden and Ian Hodgett from The Barbecue Shop here in store shows you how to elevate the humble chicken breast to a really flavoursome dish. The secret's in the sauce; white wine, chicken stock, rosemary, roasted garlic, butter and lemon juice. They all combine perfectly to make a delicious accompaniment to the succulent butterflied chicken breasts. The addition of button mushrooms and spinach finish off the dish so all you have to do is serve it with new potatoes covered in oil and sea salt roasted on the top rack.
    The NEW Weber Spirit II E-310 gas BBQ was used for this recipe.
