Question: Does this work with other language besides English?

Transcribing, yes. Translating, no. Their website says over 100 languages supported. They don't say which ones, but it's probably using Whisper so I'd start by looking at their documentation (help.openai.com/en/articles/7031512-whisper-api-faq). Also, it's free so just upload and see what happens.
