  • In part 2 of The Haunting in Teban Gardens, J continues her story about poltergeist activities. Heavy doors opening and closing, and dolls move to face each other. Eugene had a first hand experience that things in the house really could move on their own without any explanation.

Hmm ran past there a couple of times when I worked in Jurong. The place is just... has this weird vibe. And it can happen in the room.
Ever experienced on many occasions when I was in poly and doing late-night gaming (CS, Warcraft) with my buddies, there would be a presence breathing right behind me, next to my ear, hiding in my cupboard and knocking it from inside, or knocking on my room door. this started since my secondary school days, but intensified during my poly days. Ended when I put up a large wooden crucifix in my room.
Back to the topic. I saw some comments about the furniture being the cause. Spirits can reside in furnishings and artifacts, and some people unknowingly collect them.

@@SupernaturalConfessions There is one layer of aura to shield off a human body to prevent possible intended or unintended interferences from other normally unseen beings (with our natural naked eyes) living around us human when we human are healthy, mentally alert and awake. Never go through any major surgeries to cut open our head or the middle section of our bodies which can damage this shield and cause it to lose this shield protection against the above-mentioned beings. Also, when human are going through long sickness, continuously being lack of sleep at nights or sufficient rest, then we become mentally very weak and maybe able to encounter these paranormal phenomena. It may not be good, however, because these unseen beings may get into the ways of our normal living in the human realm. Better stay healthy both physically and mentally the best we can and as long as we can while alive. 🙏

Seriously I have stayed in Teban since 1977 until now. 2024. From blk 23 ( already demolished) to blk 62, 25, and now just next to it. And I know a lot of scary things happen around Teban. Even I have been through not only once but many times 😅 Even worse at that time when there was a railway track. The surrounding area is super scary. Only legends know.
My advice is, please clean up your house (kick out that creature) in a proper way. Get someone who is an expert on it. Never let the creatures stay in your house for so long. It will never end and lives will never get to peace once you're in your own house.

It totally slipped my mind that part of the KTM railway used to be near Teban....railway tracks tend to be attractive to spirits. Plus the fact that the land that Teban was built on was part of a former forest reserve, it would not be surprising to see hauntings occur in the estate.

I even asked my family members if they could smell it but they say they didnt smell anything.. it keep going for days, the smell comes and goes..Only later on, they could smell it when it became strong. Turns out it came from the circuit breaker area. Since it was an old circuit breaker (probably installed back when the hdb was build in 1980s), and the addition of 3 ac in the house, the wire melts hence the smell.....

My brother used to stay in an apartment Mentari Court in Sunway which was nice in his college days. One day he realised that a group of monks were doing some kind of ritual on the entire floor a few floors above them. His house mate told my brother some rich guy brought the entire floor to be rent out, but the hauntings up there is so heavy many renters just left, so owner had to do a rituals to chase them off.
Since that event, my brother's unit became a habitat of one or more of them chased away spirits. Shadow in human form would pop in and out from kitchen to the toilet, or peek out. Windows shut will be mysteriously open. Furniture in living rooms will be heard moving when everyone is asleep. I have to pick him up on Friday nights so he can spend time at home with us family, and several times he would call and demand I come over quickly to company him after an encounter. Needless to say my brother and his housemates all GTFO there stat after just a few more months.
Makes me wonder is that how apartment and flat units get "infected" by paranormal.

Nowadays living in HDB flats got so many problems be
it due to huntus, spirits or entities or even neighbours. In
the sixities when I was leaving in HDB my parent and
my siblings have a peaceful life. No huntus or spirits disturbances. Neighbours usually leave their doors and
windows opened. Disputes between neighbors are unheard
of. Nowadays neighbours keep to themselves and their
doors are always shut. Family life become fragmented.
When you hear every nights or even days noises in
your ceiling you suspect your neighbour upstair is the culprit but when you confronted them they denied it is
them. So it is due to spirits, entities draging the chairs, tables
or even playing marbles in the dead of the nights.Because

cannot be verified. Only huntus, spirits are the causes.

Honestly speaking, these 'hauntings' don't sound convincing enough to me and I'm not even a sceptic of the supernatural. Till there's actual CCTV footage of the 'poltergeist activity', the logical side of me would just say that maybe the helper moved these stuff around or even their children playing around to troll their own mom or she simply misplaced them, forgot then blamed it on the 'ghost' lol. Should have interviewed their son to ask if he has any 'supernatural encounter' in the house since kids are more 'sensitive' to these stuff.
As a listener, I still don't think her house is even 'haunted' at all and it's more like their imaginations are going wild.
The most believable haunting is still the old videos of the deceased dude who stayed at a rental unit at Spooner Road. That's what a real haunting should be, even complete with video footage of creepy shadows. That's the most accurate representation of demonic malicious entities residing in your home. Poor dude was going mental and he eventually met his demise by drowning. Still sends a chill down my spine. Covering stuff like that would be way more interesting than covering these 'hauntings' which are so mild and forgettable and probably not even anything related to the supernatural at all.

    • @SupernaturalConfessions
      @SupernaturalConfessions  Před měsícem +18

Spooner Road (Rayson's Confession) was one of the rare ones that made it public. Paranormal encounters range from subtle hauntings to audio/visual manifestations. The latter is only a small percentage, and even then, those that are willing to allow me to document for public viewing is even smaller.
If I only covered hauntings of those nature, it would mean i'm undermining every other form of haunting and only pandering purely to what would entertain audience. That's not why Supernatural Confessions was created. We are a channel that allows anyone who had been spooked out by their paranormal encounter to come forth, and for those who lived through these subtle hauntings, that don't necessarily entertain you, are no less frightened and affected by it.
There are paranormal shows out there that end up having to fluff their content and sensationalise the encounters to get the views. My audience have feedback to me that they don't even want haunting background music to the confessions because it dilutes the authenticity of the retellings.
I have other contents such as live investigation - search for Peace Centre and Sin Ming. I managed to catch abnormalities on live stream. Sure, the rational mind will always try to shoehorn any other explanation but the paranormal, and it's easy to do so in the safety of your home behind a screen. The feeling is very much different on site and even the slightest movement is enough to trigger a fear response.
Demonic hauntings like the one you enjoyed land on my desk maybe one in a hundred, and I don't always share it public because I've to be sensitive to the victim's plight. Like you mentioned - they often go mental, and it may lead to life/death situation.
I've got a suggestion though - we can create a social experiment with you as the star. We'll put you through a ritual to invoke entities to possess you and then document the process. Maybe the ritual might work, maybe it won't; but if it does, we'll all have a damn good series to watch. How's that for entertainment?
