I think because TV as a whole is dying networks have to start looking at what gets consistent steady views. Just to stay afloat at all. I mean the challenge has been on MTV for like 30 years. So taking a “risk” on something like all gas wouldn’t have been worth it. Granted you could argue that’s why it’s dying because it’s all trash but ya know.

It’s interesting to see how Ethan is a good interviewer because he’s good at letting the other person talk, and Hasan is better at disseminating information because he’s a great speaker but has a hard time not talking. 😆 Loved this episode!

Just wanna say that Ethan really inspired me to lose weight. I Just lost 10,5 kg (should be 22 pounds). Still trying to get to 100kg (220 pounds) and see where i wanna Go. Thanks and stay strong. Family!

Now im Dancing 5 times/week and im swimming 2-3 times/week.
With swimming i started slow at like 40 lanes in 50 Minutes. Now im at 70 lanes in about 50 (more like 54 Minutes) because i pay per hour.
As Breakfast i most often eat Cereal with yogurt from MyMuesli or brands like that. I try not to get to much chocolate in them but rather higher parts of Oatmeal.
If i wanna get fancy i get bread with tomatoes and a fried egg. Depending on my mood ill take a slice of ham aswell. In germany this is called "Strammer Max" and there are different variations.
At Lunch i eat what i want but always take care about the size of the meal. I found out that a Döner Kebab with chicken meat only has about 700-800 kcal so if i wanna get fast food, i just choose that and it seems to work.
Before going to bed i take a slice of bread with chicken breast fillet because the fillet only has 1kcal/gram.
On swimming days i usualy eat more as Lunch and just track Calories. 1h of swimming burns about 1000 kcal so that are the days on which you can go out for dinner with friends or something like that.
For me it was important to be able to eat what i want if i really feel like it so i just go and burn some calories before i do :D
Edit: And i started drinking only Coke Zero and Tea.

AYYYYYYYY you got this bro! I lost 25kg over the last 4 years, and my health has improved! It’s not even a weight thing- its a health thing! Lets extend all of our lifespans! When I lost weight I found I could do things physically I never could do before. I recently managed to do full pull-ups!

It can cause people to interject and say too much like that. I deal with it daily with my roommate lol. Like you mentioned, he does the same thing on his podcasts and when he has people on stream with him, so I don't think it's the people or setting. I just don't think he realizes he's doing it or that people think anything of it.
This combo of Ethan, Hasan, and Andrew is so absolutely perfect. They all have knowledge of a topic and bring up other things that the others didn’t know about. It’s so great. Absolutely love these fellas!
