When I saw you pour the rust remover in the engine I thought the whole jeep might disappear.lol.I give you guys an A for effort.
Ajajaja 😂
I was thinking that may the camshaft stuck and the pistons are free so dont give Up with the engine try to disconect the cam from the timing chain and se what she does
Sometimes using a flat air hammer on the top of hit it from the boom can also do something and work
The fire part is a good idea, but not with acetone, you want something that burns slowly for a while.
I had a Pontiac block that had one piston completely seized, couldn't get it to move even with a million sledgehammer hits with a steel rod, and the crank out of the way (piston was badly pitted so I didn't care).
So I thought I'd try to burn it, works for seized bolt, should be the same for a piston : I poured a mixture of old engine oil and gasoline, some old rags, and put it on fire. It burned for quite a while, not a big flame but a nasty smoke (do it outside). Then I let it cool down, one smack and it came loose just fine.
The key is for the metal to expand enough and retract when cooled down.
A good honest video. Keep em coming!
Great proyect, i hope More videos.
"Got on my face" Cough, Cough , Cough...he said while makin love to his jeep.
Good job on that one!
Guys, in this case, you would have to remove the engine, and loosen the connecting rods and hit the pistons from bottom to top. I believe it will work
I have seen guys use charcoal brickets to free engines up, burns a long time
The block is about the only thing worth salvaging
Magnific job
25:30 reminds me I must visit my local indian restaurant again soon..
Must be pre 1964. In 64 the front turnsignals all had to be amber. These are white.
Part 2 please
Looked like you fed that engine Taco Bell😉
try tappets on cam they may hav rusted did in my motor was like that got tappets an cam out an she was good to go
you should do a post mortem on the engine tear it apart to find out how bad it is even if you don't intend on going further it would be an interesting video
What would you want for transmission and Transfer case
It was necessary to pour 1 gallon of diesel into the potdon and the same into the piston
Give Dennis Collins a call :) :) :)
Some guys in Sweden got an old tractor that was stuck...they pored some coke in each cylinder and after 2-weeks it got loose!
The old Jeep looks like
It was used to work in the orchards
Try some muratic acid in the cylinders

How come you don't have a simple valve lapping tool in any of your videos?
best way you can do sale the parts of the jeep and earn money
Seems the Jeep is too far gone in rust.
More gone then not
