Love your content! I have had bothe the Atem Mini pro and extreme for awhile now but due to covid I hadn't had time to use them much. There are other CZcamsrs I follow for info on the atem but I find yours to be the most helpful. Keep up the good work!
Great video, thank you. Is it possible to perform a wipe transition with a video overlay? Our hope is to do a bottom to top wipe transition but instead of the standard blurred bar or static graphic we can have a bubble video animation cover the transition wipe area. I think this is similar in concept to the dip batman transition you showed, and/or maybe the complex Alpha transparencies. Just a yes/no on possible for the ATEM mini extreme iso would be awesome, but a short how to description would be much appreciated!
No. The ATEM Mini line of switchers does not support video without a Studio HD. You could try and mask it with OBS but your timing will never be frame accurate.
Hi I been watching your videos tutorials and it helped me to learn a lot about atem mini pro and stream deck. I have a question when I change my atem mini pro camera with stream deck using companion app the transition is hard cut it don’t have that effect of smooth transition. Can you help me with that. Hello. I’m happy to hear my videos have helped you learn about the ATEM Mini Pro. In regards to your question, I would ensure the Atem Macro you are referencing is set to “auto” instead of “cut”. I would look for ATEM instructions on Google. That said the steps I outlined of picking your live camera in the PROGRAM section and the camera you want to transition to from the PREVIEW section is all you need to start using transitions.
