This recipe surprised everyone how easy and delicious breakfast can be! Cook this delicious and easy breakfast or lunch recipe and everyone will be very happy! So easy to make and comes out very moist and delicious! I love such simple and easy recipes! With a few simple ingredients, your breakfast could be delicious!

200 g canned corn
1 egg
a pinch of salt
50 g cornstarch
fry in vegetable oil
make a medium/slow fire, sauté ~2-3 minutes
100 grams of mozzarella
Fry under the lid for 3-5 minutes to melt the cheese
garnish with sesame
Tasty and beautiful breakfast is ready!

Für mich leider absolut nicht stimmig mit dem Videotitel " gesund "👎 = u.a. anbraten mit einem Pflanzenöl , dazu Mozarella 👎" Kalorienbombe pur " !👎
UND .. "Dosenmais " macht es tatsächlich NICHT besser , schon garnicht gesünder ernähren !!👎👎

Even some minced fresh jalapeños or thai chili would be quite nice 👌

I didn’t have regular canned corn so I substituted cream canned corn. Increased to 2 eggs and sprinkled bacon bits on top before adding the cheese. It came out wonderful, slightly sweet because of the creamed corn. I’ll definitely add this to my recipes. Thanks! You’ve got a new subscriber.

I made it with “Mexican corn” …has peppers mixed in….and it was delicious.

Looks good. Reminds me of the corn fritters my Southern Mama made. They were smaller and made from leftover corn and mashed potatoes. No cheese.
