I never requires all these because whenever I take out my books & Notes for studies I fall asleep within 2 hours time. 😅😅. Whenever I need a deep sleep. I give myself a target to revise entire syllabus by night and beleive me as soon as I start making the time table that which subject to give how much time then I fall asleep very easily.
