As I was watching the scale comparison I couldn’t help but think that DC figures’ scale, articulation, and aesthetic inconsistency and hot potato-ing of the license across several companies in as many years perfectly mirrors the bungling of the cinematic universe.
Whereas Marvel Legends consistency and continuity over the last 10+ years echoes the MCU’s. Even some Marvel Selects and most MAFEX Marvel figures fit in with Marvel Legends, and they’re not even supposed to.
A true testament to success in making comic book movies and comic based action figures.

They're really not
You gotta get your hands on a DC Collectibles icons Harley Quinn. Next to this one it’s arguably the best 6” Harley out there. And even though the reds don’t particularly match, the head swaps work really well. It also comes with her mallet & popgun. Must have imo.
I recently picked her up as a matter of fact, and yeah she is great. Keep your eyes peeled for a video soon.

I like how you used the playing cards background for her. You should use it again if you ever get around to doing a review on a Gambit figure.

Mafex figures are always fantastic looking but I’ve been holding out on the perfect one due to the price. I was close to biting the bullet on the Batman Azrael
hey, how do you think she'd scale with dc essentials/multiverse when using the spring shoes and the dropdown hinges?
Harley has, I mean, is a nice figure. Jason, I've seen you throw out the .5s but have you ever considered (or given) a .25 or .75 as part of your rating scale? Bonus in that is it can keep your math skills sharp! Being a fairly new subscriber, you may have explained this in a previous video that I haven't watched yet. Me, I would have given Ms Quinn a .75 for the gaps she has. Other that.... she's playing with a full deck!

He's just a solid 6" scale Joker with a classic look that's well articlated and scales well with lots of other figures. A good all around Joker, you know?

If she scaled better with DC Universe, I’d snatch her up. But all my DC are 1:10 rather than 1:12, so she will not be bought.
I have the DC Essentials Harley, and aside from her wonky eyes, I love it. I could repaint her eyes, but I don’t trust myself.
Whenever you really like a figure, it’s usually bigger or smaller than the rest of your collection.
