And even if he did have something to do with it, there’s still no crime. Both the FEC and the DoJ looked at this 7 years ago and concluded there was no violation of federal campaign law. Which is what Bragg is basing his entire case on.
Fun fact, Jack Smith lost a similar case against John Edwards 20 years ago because paying off a mistress isn’t a campaign expenditure.

It would only take one. Yet they knew damn well who they sent jury summons to. It was planned. Trump never stood a chance. Only chance is appealing it. Then he'll win. But they can then say "well he was convicted!!" Its optics for them. Thats all.
