Nixon's Atorney General and Deputy Attorney General resigned rather than fire Archibald Cox head of the investigation committee who subpoena tapes Nixon had recorded of conversations with his aids he had as president. Still the Biden administration goes on untouched by any prosecutors of the DOJ.
