That’s the way saez shoots. He appears to put a lot of side but on impact his tip moves to the correct location. If he put that much side at such a slow speed you would’ve seen a lot more spin induced throw.

He did lose against the GOAT, but Robb Saez is definitely a great player! Mr. Reyes is still just a force to be reckoned with at his age, so he could still give 98% of players a run for their money in any pocket billiards game.
