Generally 2 time hote hai.. Either morning or evening shaam 4 ya 5 baje se... Mai lhud gym jata hu.. Shaam me jane se zyda fayde hain.. Sham ke shamy testosterone levels vi high hote hai.. Or morning me high hota but.. Morning me workout krne se ek problem hi baki aap baki din bbar aap thaku hue feel karo ge.. And mostly exercises kse ke baad body ko rest ki अशक्यता hoti hai.. So better to fo workout in tge evening taki aap raat ko ache se nind le paye or apke muscles ko proper rest mile... Hope you understand buddy 😊💪🏻
