  • At 150 strong this community of Chimps is the biggest yet found in Africa. Their numbers are so large they need a big territory with plenty of Fig trees, and they are willing to fight for it. Along with David Attenborough we get to witness the incredible stealth and brutality of a Chimp raid. Subscribe: bit.ly/BBCEarthSub

      At one stage it looked like there was about ten cameras there. I smell a rat. A lot of these nature programs use technology to bluff the viewer into believing things that are really not as they seem. Attenborough is the biggest culprit of them all. It is said that he never left his bed when narrating "Blue Planet", and he did "Life on Earth" from his local.

      Balls? That's a very odd statement you made.
      You're either talking about sports equipment, or using the slang term for testicles, in which case I have to ask, how does possession of testicles correlate with bravery?
      Based on your comment, would a person carrying a burlap sack filled with dozens of testicles be exceptionally braver than those without such a collection?
      And if we're talking organs, then usually it's the heart that is associated with bravery.
      If the most fragile and vulnerable anatomy of the male human is really that significant, then why does the Military award soldiers wounded in battle with purple hearts instead of blue balls?

      I'd rather be stuck with a pack of wolves than a troop of chimps. It's really surprising that contrary to popular belief, that wolves have more a concious than chimps (not saying that wolves are nice creatures just that you're less likely to die by a wolf over a chimp).

    • @TragoudistrosMPH
      @TragoudistrosMPH Před 5 lety +191

      Both are omnivores, but only one is social.
      The chimps *might* not kill you. They'd need a reason to do so... not much of a reason, but a reason. They are social, and if you show submission, they'd have little reason to kill you. (Remember Jane Goodall?)
      A grizzly has more incentive to eat you (calories for hibernation) and less disincentive to not eat you... Bears aren't social, so there's little reason not to kill you in the enclosure...

      No, it’s not. It’s to ensure the survival of their species, which is hardwired in every living creature. Greed would be the chimps killing the other chimps for no reason. But they did have a reason. As you can see that n the video, they are fighting over the fruit in the tree. Without it, the chimps do not have a steady source of food and could die. Both the groups cannot share it.

      Maybe you meant to say highly organized. I mean, matching in a single file formation, stopping to listen to the environment, picking the right spot and moment to start the ambush in surprise, confusing and dis-orienting the enemy so that they can't organize and counter once the attack has began , and doing all this in total silence and co-ordination. Kind of reminds you of a special forces team, doesn't it!!!!

      We came from LORD JESUS CHRIST. How DARE you COMPARE us to such lowly animals. ANIMALS do not have souls and they dont feel anything. Humans came from the most purest form of divine blessing and through Adam and Eve. Theses horrible beasts are sinners as well as cannibalism is a sin. John 5.25. May the lord help you all and your lost souls.
