Hello out there rider, it took me about an hour and half as well. By looking at your video it help me to realize that I didn’t have the same thing that Lamonster garage had on there video so me and a friend finally got it right, but I just kept rewinding your video back over and over, but was more helpful than anything. I know you didn’t do a install video but by looking at yours was a big help.i will be during a video soon on mines but I’m not to happy with Lamonster garage. No instructions at all, so I’m not to happy about that. Thanks once again for your video
Looks good and comfortable hope you are enjoying your ride. Thanks for the video. To all the people complaining about the price of these floorboards (and other products). Lets see you guys fabricate the parts, provide packaging, instructions, all the development time, and get back to us with your improved product and discounted price. And don't forget an installation video. LOL!
If you look at the website, the boards don't adjust. I drilled another hole and tap and die and made a permanent angle what I like. I put them on and realized they don't adjust. I didn't like that, I wanted to return them. I called Lamonster and said if they are installed they won't take them back. I felt they were a little rude. Not real happy with Lamonster. That why I tap and die and adjusted the angle I wanted. I love my comfort seat!
i think they sell the boards flat ... because they know u will most likely buy the upgrade ... to get the angle u want u have to get the hwy peg upgrade. good video ...im on the fence bro .. 500 yes on rhe fence .. ..
You did nothing wrong. You have to decide on the placement before you attach the floorboard. Once the floorboard is mounted to the base, you can't adjust them forward and back as you could with the original foot pegs. Get the length and angle set, and then tighten everything down.
@@Backroadxplorers yeah, I believe you...i have bought stuff from him in the past, for the spyder, and it was different from his original advertisement video.

Do the highway pegs work without the floor boards or do you need the floorboards for the highway pegs to work?
No they attach to the bottom of the boards
didn't look like that slot was cut out for the floor boards. manufacture defect maybe.
no rider barckrest?

How many degrees of a angle do you have on your Harley floor boards?
Not sure but its not much
@@Backroadxplorers thanks for your time and information
I watched his video and it looks like you have them reversed? He had the brackets on the outside of the floor boards
I have mine just like he has in the install video , they did update the video to the new adapter

ITS THE ONLY WAY THE HOLES LINE UP PEG BRACKETS ON INSIDE. SHOULD HAVE HOLES FOR PEGS TO FIT ON OUTSIDE OF BOARD
All of lamonster products look to gimmicky seen his products and don't like em
