Ryan Pettit it would be pretty simple. It could effect the story in four key ways. One it would function as a Citadel style hub world. Were you could build out settlements and work to keep everyone healthy and happy. It's like a base management style thing. Second depending on which one you choose you get different benefits to your stats and resources. And third each one could have an exclusive character or quest line tied to it which would encourage replaying the game. Finally it would cosmetically effect the look of some armors.

So im confused they said 100 some worlds to "explore" but a handful to land on. Are they just referring to the fact that you can live on the golden ones but explore the others? or are the other planets gunna get the ME3 treatment while the handful of others gunna be fully explorable?

That's exactly why the comparisons are scary Savoy. Inquisition was as far from a role playing game as you can get and still apply that thematic description, everything we have seen of Andromeda thus far suggests that trend will claim Mass Effect as its next victim.
Really need an Andromeda sequel. or a DLC regarding the Jardaan, the 5th ark and/or the benefactor. I'm pretty sure that after settling down on Heleus, the initiative will try to build Mass Relays too.

I'm talking about whole scale of events that going on. We devolved from saving all the life existing in the universe to clutching for some colonies on the end of the world. And nobody gives a shit about that.
Moreover, I'm afraid that all the side quests are going to be dull and repetative, just like the one we've seen in recent gameplay trailer and maybe even worse.

Nope, its, actually, pure common sense. If the devs one week before the release don't show anything close to intriguing, there are no such things in the game. The plot already has GIANT plot holes which, most likely, won't be fixed: if you are Pathfinder, how in the hell there are such amount of colonies already? what is the point of going to anothere galaxy when 99% of Milky Way still wasn't explored? what is the profit of going there at all? Why would you send Crogans on colonization mission if they still can't normally breed(considering that Iniciative was launched after ME2 and they wasn't cured at that time), etc., etc. Oh, and those beatifully written antagonists. "I'm going to destroy all of you because this galaxy is too small for both of us and I'm EVIL". Do you need any more reasons to be concerned about the plot, considering that we haven't seen anything good about it?

Craig Kingdon This is just a reskinned no man's sky. it's by the same developer and everything. one of the characters is based on Sean Murray's himself. I'm really looking forward to the multiplayer. I'll be the unstoppable, because no one will be able to see me.

You guys do realize that these aren't the only seven planets to explore? Various channels who's owners were given pre-release builds gave stated that there are twenty clusters in the game that can be visited. These seven golden worlds are planets required for the player to visit in order to advance in the main story.

The mass effect relays aren't destroyed, they just aren't present in the new galaxy. The Reapers built the mass relays, and the Reapers were only present in the Milky Way, so there are no mass relays in Andromeda.

It refers to transportation, water harvested from space would be in its ice form in asteroids and such... water harvested from worlds would be water.

It's called the Golden Worlds trailer, didn't include some planets seen in gameplay trailers, explains that these are worlds chosen strictly for Milky Way races, already confirmed that new races exist, and people are still asking if these are the only planets we'll be able to visit.

Kalib Gist easy, the plot twist is that you are authoritarian enforcers sent to take charge of colonies made centuries ago by rebel factions of old governments. The plan is to conquer, enslave, pillage then set up the greatest empire that the andromeda galaxy will ever see.

I have a feeling some Reapers already made it to the Andromeda Galaxy, I mean if it took 600 years for the Arks and Nexus to travel from Milky Way to Andromeda, then it safe to say the reapers already had millions if not billion years head start. But probably have been fought off by the Remnant race (sacrificing themselves to fight off the reaper threat) thus now only the Remnant technology are left behind for new species to discover. If that is the storyline then you heard it here first!
