Personally I think birth control should be mainly pushed on men. A women can have a baby/ get pregnant once a year. Men can have multiple women pregnant at the same time. And I think that birth control is mainly pushed on women because of misogyny and patriarchy. Omg, the beginning! I'm a genderqueer person that was afab so I can relate to a lot of females and others like me. But deadass when I saw "they" at the beginning my heart swelled!! I just feel like when it comes to the trans community we are always left out because little do most know, we are actually apart of that community. For example when u address something that is or someone is "transphobic" or something along those lines, that not only involves trans folk but also us nonbinary/genderqueer and genderfluid folk. and Aliyah hasnt really mentioned us before specifically (she said in another video she supports the entire lgbtqia+ community which is great) but seeing the beginning really did make me happy and I have never felt so safe and excepted by any of my favorite influencers on there pages/platforms ever...! Feminine hygiene tip : wash/hand wash your underwear with unsented detergent (I recommend dr browsers baby unsented soap). It’s more gentle on the fabric and the stuff in the detergent can throw your ph off.

In the meantime you could opt for an apple cider vinegar rinse, where basically you run your bath, and pour 1 cup of the acv, and just sit there for some time. Apple cider vinegar also stabilizes your pH levels. Plain yoghurt as well. Eating a bit of it daily will work wonders for ya
