    can gracilis muscle pull tendon with tibia so that it sticks out and how to put it back in previous state?

    How about if the pain in the knee is outside opposite oh the jnside part of the knee. What is the cause of the pain and advise what exercise to do to ease the pain? Thank you.

      Sorry for the very delayed response! Just jumping back into my CZcams content. This is likely related to your ITB and ultimately some gluteal weakness. I can add ITB syndrome to the new episodes, but in the meantime, try the gluteal exercises already in this channel and do them 2 - 3x per week right now. More soon!
