This is about breathing. There are others as well, but the videos are numerous and not yet organized. Currently, I am creating a website to arrange them chronologically.
I want to try this for clearing & Cleansing of my mind, almost like a meditation practice. Plus I think having a bow to focus on would benefit me because I'm just no good at sitting still doing nothing, I like to have a task to focus on. I also love Japanese and warrior like culture. Is Kyudo ideal?

Kyudo is different from other martial arts in that the opponent is not a person but a target.
Concentrating on the target also has the effect of meditation.
