This is a video about Tenouchi, the most frequently asked question.
It is said that it takes ten years to make a Tenouchi of Kyudo.

Tenouchi really is the hardest, everytime i think i got it there is still more work to do... 5th year of kyudo and i'm still a beginer :(

Might you have any suggestions for working with a left hand with missing fingers?
