    This is an interesting video.
    Another factor could be vertical maxillary overgrowth or deficiency. Which is a skeletal deformity.
    In my own case for example, I am 32 years old but have no incisor display due to a vertically short maxilla. Jaw surgery with down grafting of the maxilla by 2-3 mm has been suggested to me by an orthodontist as well as a maxilofacial surgeon.

    Thank you for your video. But I do not agree with the incisal edge position. It's not only esthetic who should determine it's position (even not too much) but phonetic and function. As E. BEDROSSIAN say's, it's a "god given position": you can not move it up or down just for esthetic reasons. But ok for the others points with the lip etc.
