Hi! I started to study bartending and mixology and just discovered your channel and I love it. Keep doing this mate, you are awesome. Cheers from Mexico!!!
Steve the Bartender That’s true. I was just thinking of something really short like a Chef Steps 1:00 to 1:30 vid (not exciting), showing what you use for juicing and straining. Maybe a note on how long it lasts in the fridge etc. Super quick- if your process is the same for each fruit, maybe just do one of them? Obvious stuff, it would just be cool to see how *you* do it since you’re always using your own freshly squozen citrus.
Thank you for powering through and delivering us with great content. You are honest, humble, funny and very very entertaining. As someone already said, you do help cure depression.
Hello Steve and Crew, first of all I would like to mention your channel and content are just awesome, truly great to see what people that love what they do can achieve. Secondly I would like to elaborate on your comment about two gins used in a cocktail, I certainly haven't seen one where two types of gin are used either, at the bar I work we came with two cocktails that call for two types of gin but I haven't seen anything like that before, interesting observation. One of them is a stirred cocktail that calls for 15ml Old Tom gin, 20ml of citrus forward gin, 5ml of Green Chartreuse and 2 dashes of orange bitters garnished with a fresh or dried bay leaf. Big applauses for the sanitiser idea too though!
I like the sound of that green herbal martini! A few others have mentioned the Winchester too which is pretty much a gin-based zombine... will have to try more two-gin combos..
Conspiracy, the local speakeasy-inspired craft joint here in Middletown, CT, USA has a 3-gin tiki cocktail. The Sapphire Isles incorporates Perry's Tot Navy Strength, Broker's and [unsurprisingly] Bombay Sapphire; flash-blended w/ orgeat, blue curacao, coco real coconut cream, and a dash of tiki bitters IIRC. It's dangerously delicious.
Hats off to you and your mates for helping out with the hand sanitizer. Local distillery here is doing the same thing. Need a show on all the Colada type drinks :) Cheers!!!
That looks absolutely delicious. I’m a tiki fanatic and gin has been my go to booze from the day I began my drinking journey. Gonna hit one of these tonight. Thanks Steve !
