There were so many things wrong in my previous relationship. I felt so small and unwanted. But I finally chose me. I chose me and cut that guy off. I chose me blocked deleted and never looked back. I didn’t care what lies he spread to everyone to save face. And guess what, I met someone else, who is kind and thoughtful and protective of me. I can share all my deepest thoughts and feelings with him. He motivates me and inspires me and is so sweet. We spend every day after work together doing all the things I had dreamed of doing in the past but never did. This is proof that good men do exist. They will be there to support and protect you. They will prioritise you. They will value you and see you for who you are. You won’t have to beg for scraps. So if he doesn’t appreciate you… just choose you.

Don't worry about the nose touches, your advice is solid and it makes me laugh at times. I am a Muslim so I don't sleep with people I date, but the time investment and emotional investment is often farrr more than what its worth! I still end up feeling used! Exactly there’s a difference between being the best option & someone believing your the best option
From day one with bf (13 months) I made sure we had an amazing life, things he hadn’t done with his exes, in my head thinking ‘this could all be over today’. And not just with the pre-existing hobbies we shared, but with new adventures, city breaks with unusual activities that other ppl in their 50s (we’re in our 50s) might not do, silly games around everyday activities others might not play.
I was so determined to have an amazing time because when we split up (odds are it will happen to most couples) I want to feel like I had an amazing year, and remember the incredible things I did rather than remembering only the cuddles, cooking together and intimate moments which will cause so much heartache.
A woman in her 60s told me her biggest regret was not dating and having fun doing stuff with a man in her forties.

Look up leadership topic and the perspectives of those who are fearlessly living life at the top. Nothing more attractive than a leader whether man or woman. You are no longer needy and desperate like you are talking to people just because you have an agenda for them to fulfill. You know you have limitless options and if someone doesn’t meet the criteria you don’t try to change them or hold them like a prisoner or take their shit and make yourself their prisoner. You let them go peacefully in service of the goals you are dedicated to (such as having a fulfilling relationship etc.). Never put anyone on a godlike pedestal, they are merely human. Life is hard and full of challenges in love, family, friends or work, knowing how to navigate through those challenges will make or break you. It’s not easy but you have to try every single day.

Why would you want a man back who utters the words "I don't want a relationship"? You gave him his chance..he had 90 days. And his performance was not satisfactory during his probationary period"not wanting a relationship, not making effort, not choosing you". On to the next candidate.
