It's a reminder of how intelligent Hugh Grant actually is... too many snide armchair critics dismissed him as just a pretty boy, a himbo without the muscles, over decades playing nice but dim on screen, but the quick reactions here and in other interviews tell a different story

No he’s not the guy. She has never said that she will not work with him again.
I think you're missing his humour. He's not serious saying this. Also, it would be very surprising that he complained on Ferguson being a bad actor, because he often makes fun of actors taking themselves too seriously. I much more believe it's Jake Gyllenhaal.
