It was a weather affected qualifying session.
I'm Lonely not really, he was running a high downforce set up unlike a lot of the front runners, so it played into his hands. Not taking anything away from him though, brilliant lap.

@Konepe fair, however some of these drivers were pretty young at the time (Alguersuari, Petrov, Kobayashi, Buemi, Di Grassi) such a shame that none of them got far except Kamui who had his career end at the shitty Caterham team

@@bimarakinmochammadnanta4305 BMW left F1 after 2009 and it was sold back to Peter Sauber but due to some agreement issues they still used the BMW Sauber name for 2010 put opted for Ferrari engines, hence the name BMW Sauber Ferrari.

@@bimarakinmochammadnanta4305 So essentially. The entry list for 2010 was already finalised before BMW pulled out. Now this shouldn't have been a problem because name changes are just allowed in F1. However. You can't change the chassis name. And your chassis name, like your engine supplier (hence the 'Ferrari'), must be in your name and can't be changed after the entry list has been finalized. Saubers chassis name was still BMW Sauber. And because your name had to include the chassis name, Sauber was forced to run under the name BMW Sauber Ferrari. BMW Sauber for the chassis, Ferrari for the engine supplier.
This is the exact same reason why in 2019, when Lawrence Stroll and Co bought Force India and changed the name to Racing Point, they had to run under the name Racing Point Force India Mercedes. Because Force India was their 2019 chassis name and was final, and Mercedes was their engine supplier.
