This was continuously happening to me yesterday kami... I had to keep resetting my Xbox multiple times my grenades will not explode this is a terrible glitch..
yeah, this is a super weird glitch. Also happened to me several times now on PS5 and required logging off/on and even restarting the game.
When that happened to me I just fast traveled to another location and the specialization effect reset itself.

Hey kami, just for fun and best for the current Hollywood event as well as clearing the melee challenges.. (melee explosion) try this build.. use gunner to generate ammo; bulwark 4 pieces; shocker punch holster; and any total armor brand one piece; st. Elmo and any 2nd weapon and pistol; shield and banshee skill.. heroic world level and only can activate fog of war, fragile armor and pistolero directive as the other 2 will not help with build.. build all with armor stats (tank build)..😂 not sure if it's meant to work this way but shock seems to break the shields so punch and shock bullets from st. Elmo will blow them up...

Had someone ask me why i had improvised my holster and gloves for a build? Huh? He didnt realize or see or know of the mod slot.....😀 I've carried a Tip build since i started this game. I just made a small change to a couple pieces with Kami's advice. 👍👍
How well does this perform this week during the event ? Comparably difficult I surmise without the refill rate.
And if you have 2 skills you’re using… say a stinger hive and a emp sticky… once I use the emp sticky the hive just stops having any effect even if they’re not in the same vicinity
It always glitches out...every single time I PLAYED WITH THIS SPECIALIZATION...WHENEVER YOU TRY TO SPAM THIS LAUNCHER, it is not there when you need it most. BUT YOU CAN TRY FIRE INSTEAD, U CAN TRUST ON IT WITH EYES CLOSED.
I tried it, but I just keep dying it as if I have paper armor when playing on hard 😢 what am I. Doing wrong

What’s the point of having so many Pfe mods? Even on Legendary, only a small minority of the enemies are gold bar. For Countdown, I could understand since 98% of the enemies are elites. But this just seems like a waste of a mod space. Tidal Basin has the highest percentage of elites and it’s still a minority compared to red & purples. Division 2 isn’t like Division 1 where some legendary missions are 100% gold bars (Amherst’s Apartment).
I feel like skill haste would be a better option, get your EMP skills back quicker to take care of drones, etc.

I’m attempting to have a serious conversation, it’s best to leave that to the adults while you go act like an idiot little buddy.
Give me a good reason why you guys run around with these 50%+ protection from elites builds in game modes where about 15% of the enemies are actually elites.
I'm curious as to why you didn't make a build with Shield Splinterer as well as the Exotic called Ruthless in an explosive build that has heavy stability and stability added using the new gloves? Does that not work now? I'm talking stability in spec, Near Sighted on 2nd weapon, Braced in Chest, Rugged Gloves, Sledgehammer on Pistol, Damage and Crit on everything?
