Nice video. It is fun to have unlimited seekers. I now only use a Hardwired build on the Razorback in the Operation Dark Hours raid. It is an all "red" build so I get the benefit of the set (for pulsing the Razorback drones) but I am still able to handle NPC's. For seekers I use a dedicated explosive damage build.

Im currently running the Rigger gear set version of this build based off of using the healer hive/shrapnel trap, and cancelling my skills instantly refreshes them. Youll want to roll skill damage on all of the pieces, use the waveform exotic (for the damage boost of the shrapnel trap on top of the skill damage buffs you get with Rigger gear set).
I recommend anyone to give it a try! Its a nice healer build/skill build hybrid. You do insane damage with shrapnel trap and heal quite a bit. Toss shrapnel traps at enemy spawns, they all blow up, cancel the trap when your buff is active, toss another 😂
Gonna try it with a chest rig that has Kinetic Momentum + Capacitor, see how that works.

I remember when the Hard Wired came out the refresh could be almost instant but they nerfed it couple months after. Just got back to TD2 and so much has changed. Got to test this out!
Yes I love you using this tried and true build on legendary also but I use the stinger hive.. The Hive is excellent crowd control and it takes out drones and dogs. And I constantly use it for overcharge. I use the exotic glove I don't know why the name of it is eluding me right now. I use a wyvern chess piece with glass Cannon.
Have you tried this build using the chest talent, " explosive delivery?" And using the explosive seeker mine? It's like having unlimited grenades that explode Twice each time you throw it. You can throw the explosive seeker mine almost as far as a grenade, so if you like or always wanted a grenade build, that is the ultimate build, without using your grenades. It's devastating because you get a " grenade equivalent" explosion 1.5 seconds after landing it and then the seeker mine explodes right after. God to have skill tear sex to make it work. You're basically throwing two grenades at once every 10 seconds using a hardwired build. I use a hive as my other skill. You can use stinger or restore or reviver... Doesn't matter.

I run a similar build, I use healer hive instead of mortar, I’m typically tossing mines every 5 to 6 seconds, the heals can be life saving for a group. Would be happy to show you the build if you’re on PlayStation. Going to check out the test subject, currently using capacitor, at full stacks I hit about 7.5m per seeker, but it means I’m sticking head out a lot. The test subject might be easier..

i have 1 hardwired build saved in my loadout which is the turret version, but i keep extra pieces in my bag to switch around to a shield variant, scanner pulse and hive. the shield and scanner pulse variant is the easiest to use to keep the cluster going and the hive is best if for a support role. the turret version is the hardest hitting one, but getting the timing down is much harder.

No need to run glass cannon, the chest piece already gives 25% skill damage. Just run a wyvern or china piece somewhere else
alternative to the holster? i dont have any luck in the dz and my character is weak, combine that with limited playtime.
equip/unequip a shield instead of the turret works fine, too. The 'Perfectly Skilled' talent does almost the same. wave form + glass cannon will give more dmg, though
This is the way I run mine, but I think I may switch to sticky bomb… and then cancel it for the same effect.
it also works with chem launchers too when you fire one it resets the cooldown and you get the seekers back instantly

If you REALLY want unlimited seekers for PvE and you’re good with the artillery turret run Ceaser’s Guard. You can essentially chain kill enemies even on legendary. You also want one piece wyvern with strategic alignment backpack and 3 piece empress.

-Specialization: Demolitionist. Use this as much as you can. You will gain so much ammo from using the mortar turret.
-Weapons: Capacitor and harmony. Capacitor has potential for 20% more damage than the test subject and does more base damage. Harmony is needed for starting off a fight and to get your Shock and Awe talent going.
-Mask: Empress mask with skill damage and skill haste. 1st piece gives skill health
-Chest piece: Ceasers guard(Empress) with skill damage and skill haste with perfectly skilled talent. This allows you to spam seekers with instant cooldowns from artilllery turret. Second empress piece gives skill damage.
-Holster: Waveform. Constant damage for both skills is needed
-Backpack: Strategic alignment(China light) with skill damage and status effects. Perfect shock and awe will always be active since the artillery turret does bleed damage. China light bonus gives explosive damage.
-Gloves: Wyvern gloves with skill damage and haste. Wyvern gives 10% skill damage.
-Kneepads: Empress kneepads with skill damage and status effects. Last piece of Empress gives 10% skill efficiency which is crazy
-Gear mods: Protection from elites. Since this is a 6 tier build you will need some survivability especially in legendary. If you have a tank you should run skill haste or crit damage/chance
-Skill: Artillery turret (duh) and cluster mines. You could also run explosive sticky or demolisher firefly depending on the situation. My artillery turret hits for 10mil on a waveform peak with clusters at nearly 6 mil
You can also run some healing since the backpack gives repair skills. I’d switch out the chest for an Empress with Kinetic momentum.
Alternatively, you can run kinetic momentum with a striker drone which I use for solo legendary.
I’m thinking about replacing skill haste with status effects so my bleed does more damage but that would take too long.

What about the BTSU gloves, cluster and stinger. I do the HW mask BP chest and Knees. China light holster. I’m hitting 4 mil per seeker and a few mill per stinger charge.

It seems like when i go up against the artilitery turret they always hit but when i use it it never hits 😢 i see its not just me

I just want to say after I duplicated your template and used it in PVE it’s all about placement I devastated a hyena strong hold and rogue agents it was a blast 💥 😅😅😅 watching the bots getting blown into the air.
note that the dev secretly make the enemies more tanky in countdown and all enemies now comes with smarter AI, back then u can face tank them easy with crusader shield and wont take damage until the shield is down, now, they can hit ur head and legs when ur shield is on !
Could you use capacitor instead of the test subject? Would let you hit a little harder.
Capacitor you need 30 to equal the test subject automatic damage, either one will work, but sometimes you don’t have the ability to build stacks, if you die stacks are reset

Switch to the Scorpio after throwing your skill. The 12% damage to armour increases your skill damage

You died quite a lot during that Legendary mission showcase, lucky your team was able to get you. Teams can spiral downhill by even one death.
Anyways great build but the more comfortable skill load out is always the assault turret and drone. Using those two with Acosta go bag is more chill and perfect for relaxing while using a glass cannon chest piece. I use The Sacrifice chest with skill tier and skill damage and it’s worth it

seeker mines are terrible in most cases the pro gymnast npcs just outrun or dodge them

Chest gives to 25% from the standard 10% that hardwire gives naturally. Going with glass canon gives you a 10% increase overall. So Hardwire without HW Chest is 10% with chest 25% with Glass Cannon 35%. Glass Cannon is also, ALL damage not just skill like HW. So very much different configurations.
@@Kelevra612 I’m just basing it off a seeker build I use, tested with glass cannon and the chestpiece and the numbers are fairly similar. I suppose you get that slight increase in dmg but being a lot more vulnerable at the cost.

That means you've been blinded by a sniper, the screen used to white out but was changed to black in the last update.
If only in game its blinded but if its in general it Can be the graphics card or monitor in my experience
Will this work with deploying a shield? I'm not a shield player but it will be faster if possible to do so
i'd say it would be easier to get the timing down, but not faster.

would be nice if Artillery was EASIER and less clunky to use... I have tried several times to like it... but it is a hassle... let me target someone and it attacks THEM not the AREA... and if I don't give it a target then it just picks one... just like the normal Turret...

Hmm strange I use said turret and don't find it to be any issue. Aim is great damage great as for slow to set up really lol not at all I can be in the fight fast as anyone. Turn on colorblind mode if your having issues with aim. And I have never had it target who it wants thats odd and almost 5,000 hours in the game.

Have been using Hard Wired again recently and have been experiencing the seeker’s disappearing after thrown. Not sure if anyone else has had this problem recently? They just fall off. I’ve played with others in the summit and it happens to them too.
Yes I noticed this yesterday and I guess its bugged. nu bueno.
You have to be aware of where your throwing it. If the target location you are throwing to is not a viable target location for the seeker the mine is colored red. If you proceed then the seeker will not appear cause the target location is not viable. When you throw the mine to a viable location the color is gold/yellow and you are good to throw it to that location. So be aware where you are throwing the mine for it to activate and attack.
I wish they would make a version of cluster that breaks apart in the air and so it lands spread out but that might be op lol

Not bad, thats a standard beginner build, now make something with tag team. My stickie bombs are 9 mill and reset in 6 seconds and seekers reset in 10 seconds as well. back to Hardwire I run my build with BTSU gloves. You can send seekers twice instantly with hardwire throw and pop the stingers to instantly reset sekers again and they are in over drive then set stingers down for that final ten hardwire ten second cool down - those also in overdrive. if time it right, you get a total of four instant seekers no waiting. two regular seekers and two in overdrive. MASSIVE DAMAGE/Range. the user should be able to do it once per room... also popping the hive resets everyone else cooldowns skills cept maybe revive hive because of high cool downs for red builds.

I have this amazing almost 80k damage ageis build 1.7m armor with ther st. Elmo's engine
Only armor points and I have like 360 for watch level and with max damage 100k with a different build almost got first dark zone kill
I use IT with btsu gloves and Strike turret or Doping hive. For chest the HW chest or the new named Burned?who Things explode... And China knees. Actually i Test HW with the new named chest and Backpack. Turret can tank easy a door.

I tried that and I lost far too much DAMAGE. When you were able to have the ten second seekers back in yr one. It made EVERYTHING on every level super easy. Now if U get the 10 sec seekers the damage drop was far 2 great for me. I can prock my seekers 2 hit 8million on my current skill build. C ANT get close 2 that any other way. Hopefully all who try your build enjoys it. Hardwire 😅😂😅😂😅😂. That's not a constant 10 seconds. Remember the backpack and chest talents. They will limit the consistency of the 10sec seekers. But maybe they fixed it. However... experience is the best teacher. Pay ATTENTION to how many times U can pop them every 10. Skill haste will matter. You'll c

The build you have will hit harder if your weapons have a higher proficiency level. If my test subject is a rank 4 and yours is 22, your test subject WILL do more damage. Or any gun that’s a higher rank for that matter

Dont use the holster . Btsu glove are better for oc you and your team ,so much more dmg .same with your shortgun, its useless . You are tech dmg not status...

China Light chest for explosive damage. Glass Cannon. Bonus damage talent that causes increased damage to self. It's a trade off but damage output is massive.

Well, Evidently this is not a suitable build for PvP, and not a practical build in general. as with no armor cores you're at the mercy of your gears built-in armor (>500K), which effectively makes you a one-shot target on any difficulty beyond Challenging.
on top of that, you're so preoccupied interacting with your skills that you're often almost completely ignoring what your teammates are up to in the game.
But I admit, it feels good to be able to churn out seeker mines left and right.
So, maybe recommend this to newcomers for pre-endgame content?
as Hardwired is actually the first gearset made available in the game.

Drop the artillery, and just use a shield instead it’s way earlier
And the damage potential that a actual mortar build can do is on a different level
Why not just use rigger and the hive exotic gloves? The hive gloves should reset and overcharge your skills when you cancel your hive.
Personally I don't really like the seekers because they seem to have friendly fire and I just end up killing people on my team in countdown and I find I lean on skills I can use any place to get used to them rather then ones I can only use solo.
5 hours on countdown and still can't get the 'test subject' FFS! Lol
