Nice build. I did one just for giggles like yours but ran Dark Winter and obliterate as one, which was devastating with all those crit damage and also ran strain with various assault rifles and obliterate that was a lot of fun. The builds is what keeps me playing this game, so thank you for these videos:)

i got a 4 piece with the BP, Gloves, holster, and knee. fenris chest with obliterate, groupo (solo) or coyotes (group) mask. sitting at 55 crit chance and 204 crit damage. its a phenomenal build. I'm in love with it. been running it for like 6 months now lol

Elmo's is a crutch....get a better AR. Try the shield splinterer or even the carbine 7.
@@VyseSolo Friend, I tryed them all. Yes, F2000 is a beast, and you can take the Scorpio as a secondary. I use this configuration often. Famas, Railsplitter also on my list. But I agree that Elmo's is a crutch, 'cause it's too op. Best AR on the game. Cheers!
I think mine is 58/202 with palisades and gunner specialization for that theorized 60% armor on kill. I use the chameleon and vector.
I’m always surprised I don’t see more ND out there. It’s excellent for solo and tactically very fun for managing damage across targets, especially when you can use named enemy to wipe out their own squad.

Happens to me all the time, mobs getting stuck behind their access points. Seems to happen most often when you rush/fast kill mobs as they spawn.
Conflict was so fun in the beginning of the game. That respawn camp was not a thing, since the spawn didn’t increased anything and you were able to use your skills. That first fight those two were just there the whole fight. Ridiculous!!

Doom can I ask? Does Crit chance/damage affect skill? And if it does, is it viable if I went full yellow ND with Capacitor?

This build will take some time to get use to. I run a negotiators.in DH raid for boomer. But I’ve never ran it outside of the raid
Bro, everybody been sleeping on the police M4 for the king breaker as a meta weapon. I've been picking that M4 over the breaker. Love higher rpm AR's. If a F2000 could have a link laser pointer I would run that.
I don’t think people are “sleeping” on the M4… it (and its named & exotic versions) are probably the most heavily used weapons in the game. I rarely see anyone using the Kingbreaker anymore.
Seen people run negotiators with the blue screen & vile mask, sounds interesting
Nope, blue screen is a terrible exotic, you'd be better off with any other weapons at this point
Iron lung and 2x brez(chest +holster is kind fun with delimma, running with obliterate on chest

I think picaros and palisades chest will get you what you're after. That piece of Groupo really gets it done though.
Been running this build for about a year It's amazing but wish the smg had 20 percent dmg instead of 15 lol
The NPC at 38:xx + (purple) was scared because you killed his longtime friends in 3 secs....
hi the division 2 can not access my resources after up date 19/3/24
the one thing I can never really get past running these types of builds is that there's no natural passive heal mechanic. my all red striker, even in its flimsiest all dmg mode, still has 10% AOK because of Gunner. So when I kit these types out, I immediately miss some sort of regen or AOK that comes as part of combat, without having to explicitly stop and apply armor kits. But it is what it is, Get Gud I guess haha.
i SHOULD add, this isn't a crit of this build. I could obviously just roll a palisades chest with spotter and drop 5% amp damage in exchange for some AOK, or speck out a bellstone chest with spotter for some mild passive regen. I just get trapped in the idea of "maxing out the build idea" but then I get caught up by the personal prefs I have about how it feels haha.

I agree with you completely, if he indeed watched that video. But… is it that far fetched that they both came up with it without watching each other’s videos? I’m sure Kami would give a shout out if he didn’t come up with it.
Lots of builds get remade cuz lots of people have the same idea, but it's nice u just blatantly accused him of stealing what's ur shd level like 2k lol
