Thanks for watching this video, Mama! I hope it answers the question you might have about what contractions feel like! What's one question you have about pregnancy or birth that you haven't found answers for yet?
How long can round ligament pain last (from the initial onset at that moment, until you feel pain free again)? I went to ER because I have lower abdominal pain (in the middle rather than one side or the other) that feels like the start of a menstrual period (dull but constant ache/pain). Baby is ok, checked urine and no UTI, and vaginal exam showed I'm not dilated. Discharged with no diagnosis, so not sure if it's round ligament pain. Tylenol did not help. I'm on day two :(
And I'm 26 weeks pregnant with my first.
I'm a forth time mom, 33 weeks along and for the last month if sit or lay down for awhile my personal area becomes terribly sore. What's happening down there?
Shyann miller pregnancy is girl
@@noeltimberlake165 shyann miller 40week lobar baby girl
I'm three days postpartum and I feel like I had the easiest labor ever. Idk. I was 7 cm dilated and feel hardly to no contractions. no pain really until I was 8 to 9 cm dilated. I only had three to four hard contractions. It was the time when I had to push. I am so grateful as a first time mom to had such an easy and quick delivery.
Edit/ November 4th 2022, prior to giving birth I used to walk a lot from month seven, between half an hour to an hour daily.
In the 9th month I did everything they say that would help with natural birth and making it easy, for eg, I ate dates I drank castor oil, I would also eat pineapple and do a lot of squats. There is this thing that is called كهف مريم which I used to drink a lot to make birth quicker and easier.
Thankfully it help me a lot.
I've decided to share this info as well because I believe some of you maybe wondering how did this magic happen. Lol
:)
How did you know you were in labor ?
How?
Did you use epidural?
Wow God is great!
How’d you know you were in labor then ?? Please respond
First time Mom here. I delivered 12/14/21. I didn’t know I was in active labor until I got to about 7 centimeters. My contractions got faster, stronger and longer; so I knew it was time. I couldn’t talk or lie down comfortably anymore. I labored at home for as long as I could. I arrived at my birthing center at 9 centimeters. I finished my transition in the tub for about an hour. I breathed my daughter down and out, didn’t even have to push. My total labor time was under 5 hours. Unmedicated and no complications or issues. I had my first contraction at 1:52. She was born at 6:14 ❤️
This is my perfect vision for the labour 😍 currently 32 weeks, hoping for such an experience 😍
@@moments_not_things9575 You definitely can! It all starts with affirmations and positive thoughts! You have to know your “why” if that makes sense. Pain is only temporary. Look at your end goal of holding that precious baby and feeling so empowered after labor and delivery ! 💪🏽💪🏽💪🏽
@@molokwulinda7667 touching and agreeing with you! 🙌🏽🌷
What are your secrets?! Did you do anything that you think helped with your quick labor?:)
First time mom here and I pray my experience be this way too!!
38 wks and these early contractions have me like...wtf I haven’t felt period cramps in a loooong time
Literally texted my husband this morning "idk if I'm having contractions or if I have to poop really bad," lol
Right?! I’m like wtf is that?! What was that?! I haven’t had period cramps in years.
Me too ! I’m thinking I have to number 2 but nope .. I’m 39 weeks
This is how I've been feeling too I'm 38 weeks in two days. I have gestational diabietes and the baby is bretched so I'm having a C-section next week. Kinda why watching this video can't tell if it's Braxton Hicks or labour. I assume just Braxton Hicks.
That’s how I feel! I’m 38 weeks and I’m like wow okay haven’t had these in several months...
Dad here just being anxious watching more videos than fiancee 😂
Word up 😅
Same here😅
Me as well! Good luck my dudes!
Omg this is so cute lol.
That is really cool.
I used your breathing technique, gave birth today to my beautiful son, using no drugs or pain medication. I felt every movement he did and I didn't use words like pain to describe anything during that time, just intense, or deep. And I told myself that I am the contractions, its from me, nothing that being done to me. I felt very empovered. I'm happy you share you information and knowledge because it really makes a difference! Thank you 💗
We are so close together! My last appointment is tomorrow and depending on how it goes, it could also be an induction day! Mine is also a boy!
@@MJ-jq4kc I hope everything goes well and that you get the birthexperience you want 💗💕🥰
Wonderful
Wow this is a great outlook.... "nothing is being done to me, this IS me"....as a trauma survivor I will definitely use this thought process. Thank you so much!
I love how you explained that
One of the most empowering thoughts I remind myself of during labor is that a contraction could never be stronger than I can handle because it’s part of me.
It’s not like pain being done to you. This is pressure that comes from deep within your muscles. It is productive pressure.
I love this affirmation. Thank you. Sincerely
thank you!!
That was so affirming and beautiful to read, I just tested up. I even took a picture so I can reference. My fiancé and I are trying to conceive now. Thank you💚
Yes! I used a version of this as a mantra during my last unmedicated birth. “The pain cannot be stronger than you because it IS you.”
That's a wonderful way of looking at it.
“FOLLOW YOUR URGE TO PUSH” !!! My OBGYN kept telling me not to push 😤😤😤😤 So much that I started pushing and she almost didn’t even have time to finish putting on her gown 😂 Best advice as I had a natural birth 2 weeks ago, BREATH!!! It sounds crazy but breathing makes a contraction go by so much faster and smoother!!! So take those deep breaths momma and hang on in there because with each contraction your little bundle of joy is getting closer to being in your arms 🥰
Thank u
I’m following my urge to push this time around. Lol 😩
I really want to go for a natural birth bc I want to be able to do it on my own without any help of medication and it would be such an amazing thing for me. Any other tips?
zdxz xz My main tip would be to believe in yourself. So many weeks leading up to my birth I would cry and be anxious because I didn’t believe I could do it. You need to stay calm and truly believe that our bodies were meant to do this. Now with that said, also listen to your heart. If you are hurting too much, if you feel like the pain is unbearable and your souls is hurting please consider an epidural. It’s not worth to suffer. Your birth is supposed to be this special moment where you give your all of your strength to meet your baby and you don’t want to be miserable. And you definitely don’t want to make it a traumatizing experience. You got this mama! I believe in you!
Omg the same thing happened to me. They told me it would take at LEAST another 4 hours. But I was in so much pain I just listened to my body and started pushing anyway (they left me ALL ALONE, my hudband was on his way). When my husband got there I told him "something's happening. Go get a doctor". The doctor came in super mad at me that I was "bothering him" since the nurse that checked me said it would take a few more hours. Well, he changed his shitty behavior once he checked my vagina and saw a head coming through! He started freaking out and telling me to wait. Sorry sweetie you made me wait enough. He wanted me to deliver with my OB! Idiot. I don't care I'm not waiting. Less than 10min later she was in my arms. Never giving birth in a hospital again. I'm almost to my due date with number two and I have a midwife this time ❤
I’m a THIRD time mom laying in bed wondering if this is labor or just another night of practice misery. 😆😩
That pre-labor can be so rough! But it's helping you make progress!! Hops you're able to relax and get some rest before baby's arrival!
Amy Jay same here, but second time mama 😩
Very same here, dunno how labor or contraction feels like😥
I'm going through my fifth week of that. I sympathise. This is my first .
Literally, exact same 😂
Not me on my 6th baby and still watching this.🥴🤣 EVERY pregnancy I’m like “is this a contraction?” Lol 🤦🏾♀️🤣
Oh my gosh tell me about it. This is my second birth but I’m still worried I won’t remember 😂 my first baby came in under 5 hours from the time I was saying “is this a contraction?” So I just want to be sure I’m on top of it all!
I have such a high tolerance for pain, I feel like I won't know when my contractions are the start of labor.
Update: you can definitely feel the contractions!!!
The update is hilarious 😂
Lol at the update 😂😂😂 I was just about to comment "trust me you'll feel it" 😅😅
lol thanks for the update 😂💕
I chuckled at your comment first and again at your update😂 it reminded of me of the time i told the tattooist i was worried a tattoo on my ribs was going to tickle. We know nothing🙈😂
I laughed so hard lol.
I’m 10 days postpartum and this came up on my feed so I figured I’d check it out! My contractions felt exactly like my worst period cramps and I felt totally fine with no pain in between! I got to the hospital and was 6cm, I didn’t even think I was really in labor because it didn’t hurt “that bad” and I was completely fine in between them!
This is exactly what I wish to have for my next labor 😅
I'm 38 weeks and I really hope this is how it goes for me
You must must of been relaxed
Very lucky for you then I guess. I think there’s a wide range of contraction experiences and pain levels between different women
My first child 11 yrs ago I went into labor at 8 am on my due date the only reason I thought I was in labor was because the cramping was consistent throughout the hours passing. But they lasted all day for me and I didn't go to the hospital until 3am. Didn't get an epidural until I was 5 cm but that was a mistake. No one told me it would prolong anything. I wasn't in pain to even have one. I personally think I could have handled it completely without meds. 17 weeks now and I plan on not touching meds this time. I just dont think Ill need it. And after the clusterf*** of with my old hospital and Dr during labor? I welcome the pain over the screw ups.
26 weeks and i’m scared for this day and excited at the same time!🙄🤰🏻
Anna same girl!!!
Mikaela Wright I already gave birth lol so i’m good. 😅
Mikaela Wright good luck to you! 😅
@@Annasanch29 how were the contractions 🤣 im 12 weeks
Crownxvictoria i just gave birth i was supposedly due by February the 13th, and let me tell you contractions are no fun ask for epidural its your best friend!!!! 😅💁🏼♀️
Just gave birth 2.5 weeks ago. Did NOT at all feel like period cramps to me. Felt like a big Charlie horse in my sides and back. Definitely felt pressure down below as well every time. First felt contractions at 1pm, didn’t know for sure if I was in labor, and went into active labor at 4pm. It felt pretty strong at this point. Arrived at birth center at 9cm at 645 and pushed baby out at 9:30. It was intense but short and I’m so glad!
So we can give birth without periodorial i will be soon a mom im in 30 weeks im so afraid
Any epidural?
@@ayeikareviews6127 nope! I chose an unmedicated birth in a freestanding birth center. It was hard but amazing.
That's exactly how I explain it. Like a giant charlie horse in my entire stomach and back. Like someone had me in a vice and was ringing me out. Crazy sensation!
As someone who labels child birth as my greatest fear and just gave birth to my first child/daughter 6 days ago, I can tell you that contractions feel like heavy period cramps, literally... it’s the pushing that is the most painful part.
Opposite for me! The pushing was a relief from the transition contractions and was my easiest part
@@sarahm498 ya for me to
Pushing was the worst for me, although that wasn't a pain thing. I honestly don't even remember that hurting, more pressure than anything.
What I remember was being for whatever reason unreasonably afraid of pushing. This was my fourth baby (currently pregnant with baby 5, hopefully a home birth) and the hospital staff just kept saying push, push, push, and it was driving me nuts. I just wanted a minute to breathe but the medically unnecessary urgency in everyone's voice invoked fear in me and I had a LOT of trouble bearing down.
This, this time, a home birth!
@@kleinemaus6094 I tend to agree-- I hated everyone telling me to push, counting, etc. With my last baby, they let me do my own thing and I knew just when to push! ;)
for me contractions were worse than pushing
They feel like the worst diarrhea in your life. There, now you know. You survived diarrhea once, you will survive labor also.
Honestly this is exactly how I’d describe contractions. I always say it’s severe poop pains 😂
I'am having these constractions now 😅
My water broke before my contractions started and I just felt like I had to poop. I was in the hospital trying to use the bathroom and the nurses kept asking if I’d felt any contractions yet and I kept saying no so they were about to start me on pitocin when they realized my poop cramps were contractions 😂 I didn’t even have to go 🤦🏾♀️
hahaha oh God!
😂😂😂
Good to know! I will keep those cramps in mind!
Omg haha so lucky!
Same thing happened to me,Kept thinking I had to poop ..When I got up from the toilet I felt my babies head already starting to come out..I Was rushed to the delivery room.
Pregnant with my first and I’m so ready. I’ll be 5 months pregnant on Sunday ♥️
I'm 5 weeks from my due date and VERY thankful I found your channel! 💕

I’m a midwifery student/ doula 31 weeks pregnant with twins. I’m going to give my husband your channel and watch a lot of these videos with him as child birth Ed isn’t happening these days with Covid. Thank you!!!
Today is my EDD and no pain at 39weeks n 6days...first time mother...um just so anxious n waiting for a strong pain...all this braxton hicks aint fun anymore😣
I am 29 weeks pregnant with my first baby and seeing all your videos is very helpful. I'm glad I came across your channel.. 🥰✌thanks
I came here just to say that all of her explanations are somewhat accurate! They do come in waves that get more powerful and closer together. And you can definitely tell the difference to braxton hicks.
Also I want to thank you for teaching your viewers how to breath. That was such a big help to me during the first phases of labour. I don't think everything would have gone so well if I didn't have had this knowledge. I gave birth the first time and the entire labour (from first contractions to baby is here) took only 7 hours. I am forever grateful for the information that is provided in these videos!
39 weeks today with third baby and somehow I feel like I know nothing !! 😅 binge watching our videos and I love them!! I’ve been so anxious this past week
Totally relate !
Same!! 😂 third and like Um what am I feeling 😅
Same here
My first baby I was induced. Labor felt like period cramps. My second baby, I felt the period cramps from 37 weeks until baby was born at 40 weeks. Because I had been told "contractions get longer, stronger, and closer together" I didn't realize how far along I was. My contractions were 2 minutes apart but I only counted the strong ones, so I thought they were 6 minutes apart. My husband delivered our baby in the living room. Count every contraction, ladies!
Haha I feel the same 😅 and it’s my second and I’m more scared than I was with my first, just because my birth didn’t go according to plan
Lol 3-5 min was my early labor. When I hit active labor, my contractions were 10 sec apart. However, learn to breathe, have a good partner, and some things to make you comfortable. It’ll help you get through it! On the way to labor. Stretch, walk, exercise to your ability, and drink a ton of water! Your body can do it.
How long from early labor did you go into active labor??
@@evelynespinoza2462 from 3a-9p. I was stuck in early labor for hours with hard contractions like squeezing with my first. And then I was stuck in transition from 9p-2a at 5cm w/contractions feeling like pulling down from my ribs to my pelvic bones 10sec apart. After I got an epidural, it wore off by 7a and I was only at a 7. I didn’t have her until about 11a. I pushed for 30min
My 2nd was much better because I practiced hypnobirthing, had practiced yoga and the miles circuit and Robozo sifting to get her in place, and was much more aware of my body. I was in early labor for a few hours in tolerable notices (I wouldn’t say pain) and had about 3 hours of active labor which still felt like pulling, but with the hypnobirthing, felt much more purposeful and less painful. I pushed for a couple min 🥰
I'm about a month away from my first baby's arrival and needed this video! Thank you!
I just love how you talk so positively about labour and your smile and enthusiasm says how passionate you are about your job. ❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️

Hell yeah. 😂😂
Not pregnant but we're looking to grow our family in a couple of years and I've gone down the rabbit hole on researching all things labor. 😂 Contractions are honestly what scare me the most about child birth! I mean, besides tearing and the healing process. This video explained it in a way where I was like "Oh... okay... That sounds bad but not AS BAD as I keep building it up in my mind." Thank you!
Honestly the pain depends on our body's but I truly recommend an epidural it goes real smooth

You do a really good job describing everything and reassuring not to fear💕
First time mom, due tomorrow!!! Dec 23, 2020 😩💙🙌🏽
40wks+1day here! First time mom. I'm still not sure if I've experienced a contraction yet. I've felt the tightening at times, but it hasn't been anything painful per say. I'm going to be induced on next Wednesday. I really don't want to do that, so I'm praying my baby girl comes on her own within the next few days. Thanks for this video! Very helpful.
Did you end up getting induced or did she arrive beforehand? I’m in the same predicament, 40 wks, first pregnancy, scheduled to be induced.
You are awesome. Concise, informative, and warm and supportive. My go to as a first time mama.
Thanks for the content! I'm glad they're resources online like this. It's amazing cus I "thought" I felt prepared before I had my son, however I believe sometimes nothing can really prepare you for child birth. From my personal experience and talking with other mamas, every baby and every birthing experience will be very different. Prior to my experience, I assumed my birth would be something similar to mamas I've spoke with. Nope. I intended to have a natural birth but that didn't work out when I prodromal labor. For those who don't know what that is, it's essentially false contractions that come and go, & sometimes labor doesn't progress. Well my false contractions went on for a week straight (day in and day out) and nothing progressed. Finally, Kaiser stripped my membrane, but that was only due part of me calling them every second and making suggestions. It was unfortunate cus I feel like Kaiser failed me and dismissed my concerns (considering I was already 40 weeks and should be able to make decisions with my own body). Ultimately, I ended up with infections and a fever, & both the baby and myself were beyond stressed. Hence one of the reasons he wasn't breathing immediately when I delivered. In addition to everything, my sleep and diet that week was so poor that I lost about 10lbs. Overall, I wish I had more guidance from Kaiser cus as a first time mama, this was a lot to soak in. Btw my experience is not to scare anyone, but just inform cus it's so helpful when you can relate to other people. Prodromal labor was the worst pain I've ever experienced, but fortunately my labor and delivery was easy. Prodromal labor shifted my original plan of doing "natural" and I ended up getting an epidural. It's crazy cus I never even knew what prodromal labor was till it happened to me. & apparently it's common from what Kaiser stated? Yet I haven't personally met anyone with having a similar story like myself nor anything about prodromal labor. Moral of story: be prepared to be unprepared sometimes. Just remember this pain is only temporary. It's amazing how strong us women are & what our bodies can endure. The worst pain of my life, resulted in the best experience of my life, cus that gave me my son. I feel beyond blessed that I had an opportunity to even get pregnant and have a healthy baby boy. & the crazy part? I would genuinely do it all over again cus being a mama is the best thing that has ever happened to me. Stay safe mamas & sending all the positive vibes during this time! 💛
It's like you are reading my mind. Your videos are SO helpful and relaxing to watch. I'm currently 37 weeks pregnant preparing for the 'big marathon' and sending your videos to my pregnant mama friends!

Contractions in active labor feel like “what the hell was I thinking”? Honestly, it feels like someone is wringing out your mid section like a rag then releases it for a minute or two. It’s a very exhausting experience imo but you feel blessed when it’s over.
I really love your videos, have enjoyed throughout all of my pregnancy and you're so easy to listen to and informative in comparison to others on CZcams.
Thank you for the detailed explanation. This helped me a lot as I'm having strong contractions while listening to you and hearings things that I can relate. You made me motivated.
I just delivered my baby about a week ago and MAN- I had no idea how to even tell if I was having a contraction or not. The whole time I was in active labor all the way up until I was 10 cm dilated I felt completely achy, crampy, and my back was aching a lot. Towards the end, my doctor kept telling me to push during a contraction and I had no idea how to tell! Just goes to show that contractions really feel different for everyone, haha!
Super information. Loved how nicely you explain contractions. Thank you.

God bless you and keep up the god work. i will subscribe now now ! ;)
28 weeks and I’m extremely nervous to even step foot in the delivery room 🥴 wish me luck and same to y’all! 🤲🏽💓
Hi, congrats and wishing you safe delivery. I'm currently 30 weeks and 3 days. Due date in August 16th but I feel I may give birth before my due date. I don't know what to expect
@@eniyemission474 Good luck hun!!
30 weeks here . We got this moms !
I’m 38 weeks pregnant with my third going for a vba2c and my labor started progressing last night. I’m not scared just ready to get this baby out of me and I know he ready to get out of me because he started it 😂😂😂😂😂 gotta stay positive and meditate
I’m due August 12th with my first baby and I am beyond excited but i’m also terrified. Congrats to everyone expecting!!❤️❤️
I love your videos, I’m 3 months away & trying to prepare as much as I can
G C Good luck, and be safe out there. My due date was yesterday the 24th, my little princess doesn't wanna come out she's chilling in there.
I had 36 hours of 1 minute contractions every minute - very painful - way too long as well - ended up with emergency c-section. I was beyond exhausted and had little joy when baby was taken from my body. It’s clear like it was yesterday - but 35 years ago. In hospital for 12 days. Never again and I didn’t go back for more. Just my experience. I think being quite naive and not having the right Doctor added to the traumatic birth. Thank heavens new mins to be have more knowledge and assistance from the midwives.
Thanks for this video! I am having my second baby in 7 weeks. Feel so unprepared- even though I’ve had a baby (3 years ago). Your videos are so helpful.
I love the analogy with the eaves and the tuba! 💕 I’m definitely going to try and visualize it when I go into labor.
37 weeks 2 days. I love my pregnant tummy but can't wait to meet my bundle of joy!
All the answers for all the questions I have in mind are always there in ur channel
❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️
I love your videos! Could you do one eventually on tips for when you have to be induced? I had to with my first and was not prepared for an induction so I want to be prepared for my second just in case
Im currently at the end of my first trimester in my first pregnancy and binge watching your videos! you have such a calming and gentle energy, plus my name is Bridget too! Love your videos.
I had back contractions/labor… no words to actually describe the feeling/pain…, and then the pushing part was lol… thank God for supernatural delivery though
I am on baby #3, my first two births were extremely painful. I had “back labor” with both. So it was a very much so excruciating pain in my back. I am PRAYING this time I don’t have back labor as I have heard it is more painful than regular labor
Can’t wait but so scared day by day❤️❤️
I am 38 weeks + 2 days and feeling so anxious and excited at the same time. So far I am feeling nothing , just trying to induce the labour naturally by doing exercises❤
I watched your video before going to labor and it was so much worse then I ever imagined. 2 yeard later I still can't forget the pain and I opted for epidural at 6cm.
Thank you so much for the best videos .
My due day is 01.18.20. Can't wait .
Baby #4.
I have varicella veins so bad I hope everything goes well.
I think important advice is to try and not fight them. Our natural reaction to pain is to try and fight and it’s hard to relax. I have to keep walking through them and resist them temptation to stop walking
31 weeks and I’m so excited and nervous for this
im not even pregnant but i love watching videos like this for some reason 🥺😭
With my first, as soon as I hit 5 cm, my contractions overlapped so much I had 0 break in pain. At 8 cm, I had a visceral need to push... I had to breath and focus to NOT push but sometimes it was a feeling so strong my body didn't obey me.
Ended up delivery naturally and unmedicated after 13 hours of active labour. Phew. Hoping the second will be a bit less rock n roll
Congratulations for doing it the natural way! I wanted to go without an epidural but after hitting 6 cm I couldn't handle the pain anymore!
This video came at a perfect time!
I'm not going lie- I'm pregnant with my first and I'm scared. Due to being a bit older, the plan is for me to get induced at 39 weeks which is 19 days away. Thank you for this video. I feel like this is the best one on CZcams that gives me an idea of what to expect.
Goodluck! I'm pregnant with my first too. Due in less then 3 months
Thank you! Good luck to you as well!!!
Why induced? ( no judgment 💕)
@ Lottie the doctor recommended it due to my age and the baby size- she's a big girl already!!!
Nurse_Shelly you totally got this! It’s easy to be scared but you have to remember that your body is made for this and it is all worth it. “A moment of pain for a lifetime of happiness”
Million thanks for this video. Am 36 weeks and didn’t know what really feel as contractions... this is wonderful.
Those contraction and waves are strong, but mama so are you . 💙💙💙💙💙💙💙
I laughed at the menstrual pain part.
On many occasions I’m bed ridden cause of cramps. Even vomiting because of it.
I feel like labor pains will kill me 😵
Same Lmfao
Yup same with meee 😰
I know I’m late but my cramps are like this as well and labor was extremely easy for me
Kennedy Jones that is extremely comforting. Let’s hope I can say the same later on.
Kennedy Jones Oh man that’s comforting. I have passed out many times due to period cramps and your comment has helped my anxiety drop. Thank you!
I’m 36 weeks and I’m soooo worried because it’s my first time and so I’m trying to watch videos and learn as much as I can learning about home birth and everything especially because it’s COVID19 pandemic😭😭😭
Nicole Tequila I feel you! I am 36 weeks today and all the birthing classes have been cancelled due to the virus so I am here trying to prepare myself - I hope you and I both have a quick and as painless birth as possible and may our babies be healthy and happy! 😘
Kiri Tuhi I delivered my baby at 39 weeks it wasn’t painless but I’m so greatful to have crossed that bridge and now me and my baby is home but I wish the best for you and your baby...Safe delivery darling you will be over it soon and be so happy and thanks for your kind words☺️
I'm 39week pregnant and its difficult to deliver my baby because of covid.☹️
No senior doctor take cases.
AyeshaSheikh Ayesha sorry to hear but just pray the other doctors do a great job...safe delivery🙏🤞
Same here ma🙏❤️
I just wanted to share my story. My contractions were never consistent. But they were getting stronger. Then after I got admitted then my contractions started to hurt even more and every 3 minutes. Listen to your body
Prepping myself with as much knowledge as possible. First time mum, currently 2 days overdue, and had a sweep today but no early signs yet ☹️
Hey there, can u make guide for exercises that will help the labor process there r tons on YT so its all confusing. Thanks a lot for your videos
Oou girl I hope I remember this while I’m in labor
I love that you use imagery
I’m not a first time mom . I never felt contractions. This is why am here. I’m on my 3rd baby. Hoping it comes out naturally lol
