@@mimipetit7527 they let the irrigation bags go dry post op failed bladder resection. Manual irrigation was 3 hours, then blood transfusion and second operation to remove clots and bleeding. ouch
@@mimipetit7527 worst part was after the failed manual irrigation the surgeon pulled the catheter and when he inserted the new one he hit the tumor with the end of the cath rupturing it and causing me to need another 1 hour surgery. great hospital ! I left that hospital worse than when I went in. They told me it was inoperable and I would need the whole bladder removed. I went to another hospital and they got the whole tumor out 2 weeks later. some surgeon's graduate with 'd's.
That's insane! Always get a second opinion...just goes to show you cannot trust all Surgeons/Drs especially with something as drastic as removing the bladder
