    It's such a surprise to see a video about the Beiyang Fleet on youtube! I thought they are much lesser known outside China. Thanks for the nice content!
    Also two minor corrections:
    1. It was the later part of the Qing Dynasty instead of the Ming Dynasty
    2. The Beiyang Fleet actually picked up ships from Newcastle twice: the first time in 1881 was actually for the Chaoyong超勇 and the Yangwei扬威 (sister ships which were somewhat weakly armoured light cruisers), the second time in 1887 was for the Zhiyuan致远 and the Jingyuan靖远 (also sister ships, these two were the protected cruisers)
