    Oftentimes, if I'm listening to someone talk, especially if they're talking normally and not shouting or getting excited, it will put me to sleep. However, if it doesn't stop within 10-15 minutes, it will wake me back up. I love your info Coach Robb, you're the best.

    I just saw a thing on brown and pink noise.
    They seem more mellow sounding than the white fuzz sound.
    I'm fat adapted and sleep is awesome.
