      這是基本訓練,對抗性的還需另外訓練。

    健健身,練練氣不錯是種養生功,連陳小旺、陳正雷也不敢擔保能實戰,(當然對負普通人是可以的)實戰功夫是两碼子事。本人練習,陳式,楊式,和香港鄭天熊太極多年,自己很明白,感覚鄭天熊初期的太極教法才是實戰的,(起碼要求學員練基本功)現在所有太極祇作健身養生用,已失去搏擊功能。(或者師傅隐藏自己的秘技未可知,但教出的學員大多数如雷雷之流,或閆芳的弟子)

      這十三势是基本功、你也説)實戰功夫是两碼子事、如果你當年和香港鄭天熊太極多年、當知道當年你的師兄弟顔友釗 , 劉漢山、汪棣賢都和我熟悉、不要以为自己憧就乱説人家長短。

      For Kris Yu & Tat Lei - Show us what you can do instead of boasting with your nonsensical comments and ignorance. Better still go and learn some basic Taiji quan first.

      如果要實戰,點解唔直接練拳腳和關節技呢 ? 打架不外乎技體發力、鎖關節,假如懂得從身上不同力點發力,又怎會無搏擊功能呢 ? 一個人假如無法掌握出拳發力關鍵,學甚麽又有何分別 ?

    [Subtitle Translations] Taiji 13 Postures - Demonstrated by Master Luk Cheung Ching
    十三勢單鞭前是老架,單鞭後到擭心槌是新架二路,之後是一左一右的棚履擠按,注意左右轉換的滑肩,海底撈月,之後就是一左一右的推掌,腰攔肘,順攔肘,及側肩靠,最後一段是斜飛加挒勁,也是一左一右,跟住雙推掌[掩手肱槌]金剛搗碓收功。
    In the 13 postures routine, the first part up until the single whip is Laojia (Chen style taijiquan Old Frame). From the single whip to protect the heart fist it is Xinjia Erlu (New Frame second routine). Then it’s left and right PENG, LU, JI, AN. (Pay attention to the “slipping” shoulders during the transitions between left and right, and “scooping the moon from the bottom of the sea.”) Next it’s a left and right palm push, waist turn elbow strike, elbow jab, and side shoulder strike (KAO). The final section is slant flying split (LIE) jin, also left and right, followed by a double palm push, [hidden hand forearm punch], Vajra Pounds Mortar, and the closing posture.
    00:26 - Inhale, lift [the left] leg, contract (sink into) the [right] kua (inguinal crease).
    00:29 - Exhale evenly into both heels.
    00:38 - Inhale again from the heels and rise. Contract the abdomen and rise from the back up to the crown of the head.
    00:44 - Exhale from the front all the way into the heels, rest (sink) the wrists, tuck the tailbone.
    01:13 - Exhale, relax, sink, bow the waist, sit into the kua, the right hand “curls” and the left hand “slices,” the right kua moves back and the front kua moves forward.
    01:22 - Open (round) the crotch, sit into the kua, sink the shoulders and elbows.
    01:50 - Twist the body, inhale, rise, turn over the palm, PENG (expand) outward, exhale, turn the back, sink back down to the soles of the feet.
    02:03 - Remember the weight should be on the right foot.
    02:12 - With the weight on the left, the head and neck face the right. Sit into the kua, open (round) the crotch, with a twisting force up and down.
    02:23 - Shift the weight to the right, sit into the kua, put pressure down on the kua, round the crotch, exhale, and settle the palm.
    02:29 - Tuck the right kua a bit, then push off the left foot toward the right PENG (expansion).
    02:33 - With the crotch moving along a downward curve, LU (roll back) plus CAI (pluck) to the left elbow, tighten the waist to form closing power.
    02:43 - Inhale and rise, then when exhaling, sink and open the left kua.
    02:59 - Inhale and rise, rotate a bit towards the left.
    03:05 - Exhale, relax the chest, fold the abdomen, sink down while lifting the leg.
    03:18 - Long inhale, long exhale, open the kua, round the crotch into a steady posture.
    03:33 - CAI (pluck) and GU (look left while faking right).
    03:38 - LIE (split).
    03:47 - CAI (pluck) and PAN (look right while faking left).
    03:49 - LIE (split).
    04:02 - Right Diagonal body-stroke fist.
    04:08 - Left Diagonal body-stroke fist.
    04:15 - Left hand wraps right hand, flip the wrist, shake, protect the heart fist. The qi explodes downward.
    04:29 - Inhale and rise, left hand “curls” while the right hand separates, exhale and sink the qi downward.
    04:32 - Brush [with the] left [hand] and chop [with the] right [hand].
    04:40 - Slight hop, shovel (plow) step, sink the shoulders and elbows to form closing power.
    04:50 - Oblique posture.
    05:00 - Long inhale, rise, shift weight to the left.
    05:07 - Exhale, press into the left kua, sink down, open the crotch.
    05:16 - LU (roll back) with the right [hand], lift with the left [hand], step up...
    05:22 - Small capture and strike.
    05:33 - Loosen the kua, push the kua towards the front and PENG (ward off).
    05:39 - LU (roll back) plus CAI (pluck). The CAI requires sinking the elbows and tightening the waist to form closing power.
    05:48 - Rotate the waist, sit into the kua, aim (reposition) the tail[bone] towards the JI (squeeze).
    05:56 - Vertically sink the kua and AN (press) the palms downward.
    06:08 - LU (roll back) with the right [hand], lift with the left [hand].
    06:17 - Pivot the foot diagonally, step up, “slip” the shoulder, and sink the kua performing Scooping the moon from the bottom of the sea.
    06:21 - JIN (advance).
    06:26 - Small capture and strike.
    06:35 - PENG (ward off).
    06:40 - LU (roll back) plus CAI (pluck).
    06:51 - Push the kua and JI (squeeze).
    06:59 - AN (press).
    07:15 - TUI (retreat).
    07:19 - Small capture and strike.
    07:26 - PENG (ward off).
    07:32 - LU (roll back) plus CAI (pluck).
    07:39 - JI (squeeze).
    07:48 - AN (press).
    07:59 - Left [hand] LU (roll back), right [hand] lifts.
    08:05 - JIN (advance).
    08:13 - Small capture and strike.
    08:19 - PENG (ward off).
    08:25 - LU (roll back) plus CAI (pluck).
    08:35 - JI (squeeze).
    08:42 - AN (press).
    08:56 - CAI (pluck).
    08:58 - LIE (split).
    09:08 - CAI (pluck).
    09:10 - LIE (split).
    09:14 - Flash (quick) step and...
    09:19 - Push with the palm.
    09:24 - ZHOU (elbow strike).
    09:34 - Shoulder KAO (bump).
    09:42 - Flash (quick) step...
    09:45 - Push with the palm.
    09:56 - ZHOU (elbow strike).
    10:03 - Shoulder KAO (bump).
    10:11 - TUI (retreat).
    10:16 - Slant flying LIE (split).
    10:19 - Bring back the force and LIE (split) again.
    10:27 - Slant flying LIE (split).
    10:30 - Bring back the force and LIE (split) again.
    10:36 - Big step, double palm push.
    10:45 - Hidden hand forearm punch.
    11:06 - Vajra Pounds Mortar.
    11:18 - Closing posture.
