1911 Improvement - O-Ring expansion, airseal.

The "Evolution Airsoft" had this 1911 prodused at KJW's plant. It's an okay gun, but the green gass in the mag can't fire all the shots from the magasine... So Improvements are there to be made.
In this video I will show you how to disassemble the 1911 airsoft pistol. When I have taken it appart I will show you how to doo O-Ring expansion, that will improve air seal. Better air seal on a blow back will ressult in a bit more kick in the blow back, and less gass used per shot.
If custom airseal piston heads are made for your model it will be preffered to use them instead. These are often much better than the simple O-Ring expansion trick.
WARNING: When heating an O-Ring under an open flame like I do in the video you risk damage to the O-Ring! So be carefull and be aware of the risk involved.
My 1911 increased from 12-14 dry fire shots to 16-17. But ressults may be different depending on how precise your seal is. To tight will increase friction, do loos will waist more gas.
