I give you a lot of credit. The multi needle machines are quite intricate. I have a 6 needle machine and the manuals don't give a ton of info on how to tackle error codes. Most just say "contact your dealer". I had 2 error codes happen to me, but once I calmed myself down and just examined the machine, I noticed it was just a bobbin jam. Keep up the great content, love the channel.

Yes, they can definitely be frustrating. I had a manual for a piece of equipment tell me to contact the manufacturer once before. We were in the middle of the Atlantic Ocean and submerged at the time. Yeah, that doesn't work for me, lol.

Kudos to you!!! I actually have the same Dahao controller on my chinese embroidery machine and wish i'd seen this video earlier as the support for the machine itself is second to none, but the controller (computer) manufacturer is silent.... so im praying nothing goes wrong with mine!

I doubt there's a single quote any other youtube video that sums it up better. The satisfaction that comes with a repair has no comparison. I'm not a professional tech, just avid about repair. For the hours' I've spent on some of these machines chasing that feeling no one could afford to pay me.
Staring at A Husq/Vik Designer Diamond that belongs to.... well the sort of person who spent about $10,000 (Canadian dollars) to make stunning, award winning quilts only to have it fail with 123 working hours on it. Shameless
Amazing work. I have the same trouble with PLC driven equipment in my other job. There are good reasons that passwords are withheld, sometimes for commercial purposes, and sometimes for safety. We'll done.

That’s a Chinese machine with Dahao A15 computer which is specialy made for single head flat and cap embroidery instead of checking else were you could have got the password on yt itself and in india there are thousands of machine with the same computer

Hi Wes. I have a beautiful old Peidmont sewing machine made in Japan, that looks exactly like a Janome 532 or 534. I have no manual and can't source one, and I need to replace the upper tension spring or possibly the entire upper tension assembly, but I have no clue what parts I need. Do you have any information or maybe know where you could send me to get some information?

There might be a manufacturing backdoor password. Similar issues in the IT world with small electronic passwords or pre-windows/cmos motherboards.
I figured later on you would go that route. lol
